The bottom was slippery and shifted a lot, we tried resolving it with a towel, but it didnt work and the poor 60 pound child kept slipping off. We kepted the one we tried in hope maybe we would find some other use for it, or someone else whom it could be of use for.

okay..if utilized in the center of the backseats sandwiched agmost other car seats

 I would prefer that she remain in her bigger safety seats on an ongoing basis, until she maxes out its weight. It is harder for her to doze in the car on the Bubble Bum. She slumps and is slides out of the seat belt more easily. The Bubble Bum also shifts easily from side to side
