The Browning Strike Force Pro XD is an all-around excellent trail camera option. This model checks many of the boxes, including exceptionally fast trigger speed, high-resolution images, and an incredibly durable camera body. Setup was made easier with a combination of the adjustable mounting plate and viewing screen, allowing for optimal positioning. Long-distance detection and a 0.5-second recovery photo speed kept us from losing precious images to camera delays you might expect in other models. It has a wider field of view than models that boast higher quality images. If you want to cover a large area, the Strike Force Pro is the way to go. 
In general, the images were quite crisp in our testing, but we did get some motion blur during nighttime testing, which is common in trail cameras. This nighttime blur was minimal when compared to other models that we tested. Overall, the impressive Strike Force Pro outperformed the majority of the competition in every metric in our testing, making it an excellent choice.

Camera Does not Like Most 64mb cards

 I have verified that the daytime camera has the actual claimed resolution, the pictures are very noisy, especially if the subject is not in direct sunlight. The night time camera is much worse however achieving at best 1/4 the claimed resolution, and it manages to be even noisier. The motion sensor is overly sensitive during the day, blind at night, and is not adjustable. Other trail cameras I have can adjust the motion sensor sensitivity to ignore branches moving slightly in the breeze, not this camera

This review is for the "Dark Ops Pro XD" trail camera. Amazon appears to be lumping this camera in with several others to make it appear that it has more reviews, (and making the reviews nearly useless). Very dissapointing.

 In comparison my Plotwatcher pro, with the same setup, would get 3-4 weeks on the same set of batteries and with only 50% utilization of the 32G SD card. Granted, even at the lowest picture resolution 4MP, this Browning Strike Force XD Pro does have a better picture quality and resolution than the Plotwatcher Pro, but I would totally sacrifice picture quality to get a longer battery life, even if I had to buy a 128G SD card.. Also, in this setup, the Time Lapse Video misses the first 30 minutes of dawn and the last 30 minutes of dusk

This review/rating is solely for the Time Lapsed Video function only.. I have not utilized this camera as a trail camera yet. I will add to this review relating to that functionality in the future

 Please keep in mind that I am comparing this TLV function to a Plotwatcher Pro that I love and have been using for years, but the company sadly went out of business. After only 1-1/2 days, I retrieved the camera to find out my battery power went from 86% to 13% and 29G of my 32G SD card was used. In comparison my Plotwatcher pro, with the same setup, would get 3-4 weeks on the same set of batteries and with only 50% utilization of the 32G SD card. Granted, even at the lowest picture resolution 4MP, this Browning Strike Force XD Pro does have a better picture quality and resolution than the Plotwatcher Pro, but I would totally sacrifice picture quality to get a longer battery life, even if I had to buy a 128G SD card

 In summary, Browning's Strike Force Pro XD needs a lot of work to function as a useable time lapse video camera.

I have gotten a lot of great video with this camera. The batteries last a long time. Video quality is sharp and good sound too. Great for night and day video
