Brother MFC-J995DW

I recently an using a new BrotherMFC in an office and it's awesome. The office has to upgrade because the old HP couldn't support the new Mac OS and the printer was having problems with the fax. When I ask big company IT guys they always say go with Brother.

I have a Brother MFC-J995DW Printer that has been working fine up until last week and now whenever something is printed, the black ink doesn't print. I've replaced the cartridge and tried a cleaning kit but nothing helped. I've tried printing from 2 different Windows computers and an Android phone, but the black ink won't print.
