 First, up back sleepers! Now back sleepers are the happy medium group. They generally need a medium firmness and a medium loft from their pillow. Now the medium firmness of the brooklyn bedding talalay latex pillow, is perfect for back sleepers and while it comes in a high loft and a low loft version, i honestly think either loft can work because the latex foam compresses so much underneath you that it doesn't end Up being that high of a loft, i tested out the high loft version, and i thought it worked pretty well for back sleeping and i felt really comfortable and didn't feel my neck craning at all. All in all, i think this is a really good pillow for back sleepers, next up side, sleepers now for side sleepers, i generally recommend a pillow with a higher loft and a firmer feel to ensure spinal alignment, while this pillow doesn't really have a firm feel

 This is talalay latex now, if you're unfamiliar with latex or if latex just conjures up images of band-aids or those latex dresses, the kardashians always seem to be wearing it's actually a fairly common material used in bedding and mattresses. Now this latex is latex foam and it's derived from the sap of rubber trees and talalay latex specifically, is a certain kind of latex production that makes it softer and lighter with a more consistent cell structure than other types of latex. This makes it a great material for pillows, because it's bouncy and responsive, but still soft and supportive latex is also a naturally cool material and, as you can see, this latex is perforated to allow for even more airflow. So, overall, this is going to keep the pillow really really cool

This is literally one of the most comfortable pillows I have ever put my head on. I aired it out for about 2 days and then took out some of the filling to get the custom height I wanted. I was so excited to try this out cuz it is such a cool concept for a pillow. I was so comfy I fell asleep almost instantly
