I had a Bose QC 35 ii which I got as Google Pixel 5 offer. Unfortunately, I started having some problems with the turn off button recently and I reached out to Bose Customer Care for a solution.

I was being suggested to apply for a replacement as my headset was well within the warranty period. From the creation of the support ticket to the replacement headset delivery, it just took 5 working days.

Kudos to BOSE support team. You've just made a customer very happy!

Good but could be better

 I do like the design of the sunglasses in general. I think they look a lot like the folding wayfarers that I have here from Ray-Ban, and I really like those, but they are a bit chunky. Obviously, in the bands here, this is where a lot of the tech is packed, including charging capabilities, tap touch and swipe gesture controls, etc. And so it makes plenty of sense for these to be thicker because, well, how else would these be playing audio for you? But that also means that they do feel a bit big on the face, especially over here

 Now, these audio sunglasses will truly shine for those who just want music to be played discreetly, no headphones or anything on or in your ears, maybe when you're on a run or a walk, etc. It's pretty much limited to outside use only since, well, they are sunglasses, but they are perfect for those situations. I do like the design of the sunglasses in general. I think they look a lot like the folding wayfarers that I have here from Ray-Ban, and I really like those, but they are a bit chunky

 And if you really think about it, these Ray-Bans cost me $200, and these are $250, which might turn you off a bit when you think of the price, but for an extra $50, you get a pair of Bluetooth headphones with it, so that might be more appealing.  And, there's the rub. While these are neat glasses, I struggle to find their utility. There isn't a use-case in my life where I would want to both focus on my phone or computer *and* wear sunglasses during that time. Headphones or earbuds just work better for my purposes

They come with a nice trapezoidal hard-sided case and a USB to magnetic charging wire. Battery life is good - one charge lasts longer than I tend to wear them at any given stretch. And, there's the rub. While these are neat glasses, I struggle to find their utility

Recently not so long ago, I stumbled upon bose frames and of course I wanted to have them as my prescription. One problem is that since those frames are "bone conductive" my father told me that it's not a great idea mainly because it may trigger a migraine attack. Is there like a solution for this or did i just waste my time asking for nothing.
