Lacking customer support, items missing from order

 It has horrible ergonomics.  The handle is too big even and is awkwardly squared off. The grip size would be almost ok without the flat faces. But the corners land awkwardly between knuckles

Size and weight is what lured me to buy a Bosch PS32-02. It is seriously small and light! After years of running the dewalt 18v platform, I decided to treat myself to a set of smaller tools. Brushless makes 10.8/12v platforms more capable than ever

This is quite a good little drill, except for one fatal flaw.  I'm a machinist and I use this mainly to screw blank pieces of material down in my machine, which involves a lot of bending and extending. So the 2-lb weight is awesome, especially compared to the 6-lb weight of the 18V drill I replaced it with. This thing is almost weightless in comparison! I can tell it has a little less power, but I'm just tightening down screws into holes that are already threaded

Light enough to not cause finger fatigue when using it all day, while also being smooth and offering just the right amount of resistance

Still going strong after more than a year of daily use. I really wish the grip was better designed. My bigger 18V Bosch drill somehow has a slimmer handle.  Breakdown of my ratings: *1 star – Don’t waste your money

This is a nice, compact drill with decent power (keep in mind it's only 12v) I would buy again.

..takes a little fiddling and close attention to get it locked in. Will probably get better with practice
