 Don't do that because for also 130 dollars you can get this nice kit which includes this drill, the quarter inch impact driver that I really like. See a separate review I did of that as well as the charger and two batteries also for 130 dollars. So buying it by itself is a terrible deal. It's actually kind of an embarrassment that they sell it by itself for that same price

A very mixed bag.

 This is a 12-volt cordless drill driver, 3 eighths, which means it has a 3 eighths chuck here on the top. And a few things that I do like about this is it's light, it's compact, it's perfect for homeowner projects, also good for everyday use by contractors and tradesmen. A few features about this is that it has an LED light on the front, also has a battery gauge on the side to let you know the life of your battery. You have two speeds, high and low, and you also have an adjustable clutch here to prevent stripping out screws or anything like that

Bosch Tools 12V 3/8 Drill Driver: Bosch at Abt Electronics

 30 minute charge 7. Glad I didn't pay full price  I did a test of my own, I was a bit skeptical about its overall performance for my needs. I took a 2x4 of red oak and some 3" screws and wanted to see what it could handle. I drilled 5 screws without pre-drilling and about 25 with pilot holes through the 2" side before the battery died (I buried them in about 1/8")

 It's definitely going to be easier to take to someone's house to work on repairs or basic installations.  Overall, this is a good drill.
