 Lately, it has really bothered me that the blender didn't blend all the ice I added for smoothies, so I once again started looking at Blendtec. I was still on the fence when I went to Costco and passed by a great deal on the Classic 575. Well, I should have remembered the saying, "if it's too good to be true it probably is." The good news -- it blends everything and I love it

Buyer beware

Does not come with the Wildside+ Jar. It comes with the 4 sided jar. blatantly false advertising.

I have only used it once, using the self-cleaning function, and it was then I realized that I didn’t receive the Wildside jar as described. I was disappointed because this is the reason I selected this one. Fortunately, Amazon’s Customer Service Team is resolving this for me, and I suspect that the description is in error. Otherwise, just with this initial quick use, it seems to be a great, powerful blender with a very simple look that blends with decor

Wildside jar description might be in error but blender is great!

My blentec broke after owning it for a short 10 months! Disappointed since it's a $400 blender. The company make you jump through a lot of hoops to replace it, so I went back to bed bath &beyond and the were excellent about replacing. Also blentec was going to give me a refurbished one! Next time I will go with a different blender!

Good, but leaked a little

I was expecting it to handle ice much better than it does. It got the highest rating for ice blending yet it isn’t any better than cheaper models. Once you get past this, it’s a decent blender and sturdy.

Disappointing

This is a great blender but when I get it with the wrong jar that is almost $100 more it makes the purchase a bad experience. I do want the wildside+ jar since I did pay the extra money for it.
