I was really considering them for a main east coast ski, but ultimately went for something a bit more playful (Black Crows Mirus Cor - I also didn't think I'd ski hard enough to need the extra stiffness of the fast forward.

Another ski you might look at is the Black Crows Mirus Cor. It's an awesome ski, and will let you carve and go off piste, and play around like mad.
