So I would highly recommend this just as a 100% touring ski, like only tour on this with a light tech binding.

I'm coming from the East Coast and have only skied 1-3 days per year for the last \~10 years but grew up skiing a bunch. I bought a pair of Black Crows Camox on sale over July 4. They're 97mm underfoot which seemed like a good middle ground for all mountain.

Boots and bindings have come a long way. I finally upgraded my touring skis this year from skis/frame bindings to a pair of Black Crows and Dynafit Rotation. I regret not doing this 3 years ago.

BC 100 is a good choice. Also look into the 4FRNT Switch, K2 Reckoner 102, Line Chronic, ON3P Jeffrey 102 for more center mounted skis or the Black Crows Camox, Dynastar M-Free 99, Moment Wildcat 101, Liberty Helix 98, Nordica Soul Rider 97 for skis with slightly more traditional mount points. Keep in mind you can always move the mount point to your preference too so these are just suggestions.

I'm a little shorter but similar skill/weight. I went with the Black Crows Camox just now. I don't have much help - as I haven't skied them yet. Research says they are great for all-mountain use (I'm in the PNW Cascades).

I would look at slightly wider skis, they will be easier and more fun in whatever weird three dimensional snow that you might encounter while touring. The Blizzard Sheeva 9 comes in a 146 or a 157 and would be okay for both up and down but It might be on the heavy side. The Black Crows Camox birdie might be a touch lighter and just as fun.
