I had huge issues with the argon m.2 with sata ssd. Fewer issues with a HDD. Eventually I just returned it and went back to my cheap case with a powered USB hub.

For the most part this thing is pretty well built. I did have an issue where the surface mounted power button was not mounted straight out of the box. Also the Argon One m.2 case is solid as well. Just if you do go with a Pi, don't use an SDCard unless your backups are solid.
