It was great as a midlayer under a raincoat or puffy, or on it's own for around-town or cold-weather hiking in. Plus, it was black with a bright blue interior lining, so the hood made me feel like I was wearing a jacket out of Tron.

I wouldn’t recommend the cerium LT. It isn’t overly warm and is not very durable.

Beautiful coat, and I wanted to like it. I am a 5'9" female, weighing 140 #, slim build. Bought a men's medium so I could layer underneath and have longer sleeves. The bottom hem was super snug on my hips, and again, I'm not a big person. Not sure how this could possibly fit a medium sized man.

I bought it from the Arc' store in Boston last year at a slight discount and the rep pointed out the fact that it didn't have sewn baffles. In hindsight it's obvious, but I didn't take it into consideration. It's always damp where I'm at so the continuous fill is a huge plus (I've admittedly obsessed over that kind of insulation). That said it is a very clammy jacket, it doesn't breathe much at all.
