Superb charging capacities, But

After my USB watch charger broke, I decided it was time that is compatible with my MacBook Air; enter this product and I'm very pleased. The magnet in the charger is VERY strong; stronger than the charger that came with the watch when I bought it and the ones I bought after the fact. I recommend buying this if you have a lightning wall adapter or a newer MacBook Air/Pro.

The reviews I read on those third-party chargers included complaints claiming slow charging and weak magnets to a few of them catching fire and damaging surfaces and the watches they were supposed to be charging. I'd rather spend three times as much on a device so I can have peace of mind knowing my watch will be charged quickly and properly, as the company had intended. Five stars overall for charging performance and build quality, but Apple gets only three stars from me for the high price.

I'm not willing to risk ruining an expensive gift on questionable third-party chargers. I knew I'd need a second charging device for my watch and did a lot of reading of reviews on those third-party chargers before finally settling on the much higher-priced Apple OEM charger.
