The entry-level iPad is an excellent, relatively affordable all-purpose tablet. Add a Smart Keyboard and an Apple Pencil, and you have a solid productivity machine. It's not as powerful as any of the other iPads (including the $399 mini), but it's the most affordable of the bunch and we expect it will serve you well for at least three to four years

That's a great price for me. When this year's iPad goes on a similar sale, you should definitely go for it.

Product was in great shape but was NOT unlocked. Hassle to get that done. I am a Verizon customer and it would not allow to be added until previous carrier unlocked it. I would not have bought it had I known.

The only good thing about this is the screen. There is no device under 300 that has a good quality screen like this. First one had several dead pixels right in front of my eyes, this is not the first time have had screen problems, the 9.7 ipad it replaced had same issue plus bright spots both got worse over time.
