Wick burning too quick, tunneling.

I adore the scent of the Apotheke Charcoal candle, but I *SERIOUSLY* wish that Apotheke would learn about and implement _proper_wick_sizing_. I've contacted the company many times about this issue. They are using the same size wick in their votives (2" diameter) as they do in the 11oz (3" diameter) containers. Burned in the votive container, the wick is slightly oversized and mushrooms

 Their other scents are OK, but the scent throw is nothing like the Charcoal, and the other scents' level is frequently noted in reviews as "inconsistent" and even "barely detectable". I really wish they'd get their candlemaking act together, because I'd be a gung-ho promoter and lifelong, subscription-based purchaser. Until then, nope. Your money is better spent elsewhere

Consistently poor burn (tunnels) but wonderful scent. Consistent disappointment.

The candle smells amazing! Even without lighting it, but the first one came broken in hundreds of pieces. No padded packaging for shipping at all. What were they thinking?!
