 Now, if you edit on a conventional smaller screen, you notice that your video preview and your timeline is much smaller and you mean me to close certain temps to see those previews and adjust the timeline adjustment itself. whereas in this monitor, I can just full blast open everything and I can edit as it is similar situation when I was editing on photos on Lightroom itself. Now in the past, smaller screen size and smaller resolution I Do have to zoom in at least a 50% or one-to-one scale to correctly sharpen my image or draw you know, like brushes along the lines as accurate as possible. whereas with a 4k resolution real-estate you can actually edit a cities accurately without zooming in and checking out the sharpness or accuracy

Grayscale performance was also mixed. The TN panel did a good job of displaying dark shades of gray on the DisplayMate 64-Step Gray-Scale test and provided good shadow detail in my test images, but the two lightest shades of gray appeared whitewashed. As a result, highlight detail was a bit soft. Viewing-angle performance was typical for a TN panel; there was noticeable color shifting when viewed from an extreme side and top angle, and the picture appeared dark when viewed from a bottom angle

Design and Features There's nothing fancy about the U2879VF's design. It uses a two-tone, glossy-black/matte-black cabinet with a rectangular, silver base that lets you tilt the panel 5 degrees forward and 25 degrees backward, but lacks height, swivel, and pivot adjustments. The 60Hz panel has a non-reflective coating, a 300 cd/m2 peak brightness, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to Tech Show Down! My name is Kevin This is my co-host Eddie and today we're doing a monitor review something we haven't done for quite some time. so we're going to be checking out this guy. It's the A of see You 2879 VF 28-inch 3840 by 2160 so 4k freesync gaming monitor and we'll jump right into it then with the key specs. So it's coming with a 10 bit 4k TN panel

 There maybe not as many as people want and no USB which might display disappoint some people, but personally I didn't think that was an issue at all. Now as far as image quality goes, so what does it actually like to use? So color reproduction is a decent straight other box Actually thought it was pretty damn good. It's uh, yeah, definitely very usable straight out of the box. The response time is absolutely fantastic I had no ghosting in all the games I was playing

 so it's not really the end of the world. see I Agree For gaming. However, the viewing angles you know comment en issue. The viewing angles are not very good

What made me happy -  The black and silver design looks appealing sitting on a desk Resolution (4k) Multiple inputs for PIP FreeSync (AMD, NOT Nvidia G-sync compatible)  Potential problems I read about before this purchase -  Uneven lighting Under saturated colors Blurry Text Monitor not "waking up" with computer Poor menu controls Input lag  What made me sad (My personal thoughts based on testing) -  I agree with the blurry text complaint and even go further to say that EVERYTHING appears noticeably blurry Almost to the point of dealbreaker. Input lag is noticeable, though only slightly Menu controls haven't bothered me Colors seem fine Lighting is fine Viewing angle vertically is pretty poor My monitor "wakes up", but it takes about 6 seconds  In closing, I will most likely return this monitor and pay a few dollars more for something else
