 We have a cylindrical design, which is still in fashion There's still a lot of people who prefer the cylindrical design right now Maybe because it's kind of a revisit we got away from cylindrical goggles for a long time At least in the better goggles had a stigma of not the same optical clarity Which is by the way, not the case now the issue with it Then if you don't already know you probably do but whatever they used to make the goggle lenses flat They would just make a flat lens and then they would wrap it stretch it around the goggle and then they say there you go Look through that well turns out that wasn't very optically clear and it just wasn't the best experience and so now Goggles like this that are cylindrical at least the top tier better goggles like this one are in a mold They're made in a mold and so it is always that curvature and so it isn't being wrapped or stretched And so you do have optimal clarity out of these lenses for sure So what they did here is they incorporated a thing that we opticians are familiar with called panoscopic tilt Which means that the lens is a little bit angled this way It's a little further away from your face at the top and a little closer to your face at the bottom what that means is better optics when you're looking through the bottom portion of the lens and Even a little more of a wider field of view when you're looking down through the bottom portion of the lens Which is super important because that's where you're going. You're going down that mountain probably very fast And so a really cool design feature here to look out for I think you will notice the difference Obviously, this is the top tier goggle So everything that you would expect the triple layer foam the wide adjustable strap for helmet compatibility the grip on the inside of the strap everything that you need and of course with this goggle you do have their polarized and photochromic lens technology called automatic plus even a couple of colorways come in their color Enhancing tint technology that they call optimum and so definitely don't miss that That's a really good lens tech by the way, and they're everclear anti fog coating Fantastic at being fog resistant Everything you need really and truly is in this goggle by the way We at sport our export RX get it we do prescription and we also do prescription for this goggle if you need prescription Check it out. The Zeal Portal RLS strikes the middle ground in the world of snow goggles. While they're not the least expensive or the most advanced technology out there, they bring a lot to the table. The optical quality of this goggle's two included lenses is among the best in the test. Both are spherical in shape, and the bright light lens is photochromic. In our tests, it adapted well to fluctuating light conditions. Beyond that, you have a multitude of choices in lens colors, tints, and function, including polarized or prescription lenses &#40;at a higher price&#41;. These goggles secure the lens with a convenient magnetic system, similar to those found at much higher prices in the ski goggle market. These goggles have an extra sturdy frame that handled over a month of testing with no signs of the abuse we gave it. 
We only found a couple of drawbacks during testing. While the magnetic lens system is much easier than traditional goggles regarding lens swapping, these lenses aren't as easily swapped as other magnetic models. The second drawback mentioned by a couple of testers was the two relatively small black tabs at the bottom of the lenses. Some skiers noticed and commented, but they went unnoticed by others. Whether your skiing or boarding days take you to the resorts or deep into the backcountry, these goggles are our top recommendation for high-tech features at a reasonable price point.

 By the way, if you need prescription, we are sport rx. After all, you can get a prescription insert for this goggle. It works fantastically well, i wear it all the time, and so i can attest to how well it works, especially if you're used to those over the glass goggles that are just no good. In my opinion, our insert system works really well

 I am eyeglass tyler, but because i'm so excited about this coming season. Snow, goggle, tyler! All right! Let'S talk about the zeal portal, great goggle, coming out of zeel, really like this guy, because it's a very straightforward classic, looking goggle with tons of lens real estate. As i call it there's a lot of lens to look through. You can see just about everything on the mountain and coming in at a solid medium fit

 So, even if it pops off those magnets, it's not going to pop off of the goggle so very easy to interchange. It does take a little bit of practice to swap them out quickly and efficiently. Just because it's a spherical lens, you have to kind of come in at an angle once you get the hang of it really simple lens to interchange, love that it's a top-tier goggle, so everything you can expect out of a top-tier goggle you're gon na get here.
