You can hardly fit anything in there and I don't want to have to shove things that I want easy access to in the main pouch. It's okay for right now because it's not snowing but once I have to transport bulkier things, I'll need to upgrade.

The backpack is good but a tad bit small for me. I could fit in a planner, a 2-inch binder, a spiral notebook, a small folder, a medium size textbook, laptop, iPad, a pencil pouch, and glasses case in the largest pocket. The fit was snug. Good build quality but I just need a little bit more room

If you're aware of it, it's not difficult to avoid, but still not great. The main compartment has a good laptop pocket, but is otherwise undifferentiated. Stuff gets kind of lost in the space underneath the smaller secondary pocket.

The bag has a stiff backing and angle so that the bag must fall forward and not backwards to protect a laptop however this feature is also a negative for me since the bag is constantly face done picking up surface dirt and grime. The stiff backing and high quality construction are a pro and con as well considering it became heavy to carry causing back discomfort. The shoulder straps were comfortable and made with women in mind. Love the bag but not my go to bag to carry due to these reasons

Hard ring around the bottom, pack does not open enough to get in, pockets intrude on interior, and the top of the pack area is wasted. The designers could do much better.

True to color, came with North Face tags on it (read reviews before buying and some people received their backpack without North Face tags). Size is good, pictures made it look bigger/more roomy so kind of disappointed that it wasn't as big as I was thinking. I take a commuter train to work and was looking for a backpack that would hold all my stuff so I wasn't fighting my purse, a lunch box and a jacket. Comfortably fits my wallet, keys, lunch containers and my Bible in the laptop pouch

I will return this pack. I intended to use it for running between uni classes and my full time job but I feel the available space was utilized with awkward, insufficient pockets and compartments. The front organizer pocket is shallow and I feel not very useful for my purposes. This shallow pocket leaves a bubble of useless space in the main compartment

It broke on my first trip. The chest straps are attached to the backpack straps with plastic clip things. Kind of hard to describe. Mine broke when I put my backpack on top of my rolling carry-on suitcase, and used the chest strap to secure it on the pull-out handle

The bottom compression straps might be useful if you’re loading the pack up with a laptop and heavy books.

Decent price too. However, the seam is fraying and there is already a hole on the seam near the zipper. This is after a three day trip on a flight and to/from a hotel with light fill. Disappointing with the quality to have a frayed seam and a hole in 72 hours of light use
