Seems that there are just no more good mostly cotton socks anymore. I will keep these and try them for a few months, assuming they last that long. Used to be that Hanes made some decent socks, but not anymore. All the socks today seem to strangle your feet, ankles, and lower legs

e. dress socks. I only held back a perfect rating because it's too early to say if they're going to be durable. That said, I have little reason to believe they won't be, and wouldn't hesitate to get more if needed

Well made, but after washing these became very tight around the legs (not on the foot). I am quite surprised at all the excellent reviews here.

I purchased XL for size 11 but these socks are WAY too tight and VERY difficult to put on. I had purchased a pair about a year ago that fit much better and had planned on buying more, but I won't now.
