The first one of these I ordered per the sizing chart, which recommended a Small for me. When that came, it was almost comically too small, and I couldn't even close the band, despite having measured. So, back it went for a medium, which was an improvement. My issue with this bra is that I found it a hassle to put on

This bra is for sure comfy, I feel so good going to do my lifts and having my girls also lifted.

I like the material, i like the comfort, but it was kind of snug. My chiropractor asked if the strap was too tight, because of my shoulder/neck sore. I normally wear a medium, I got medium and adjusted the straps, were still a little tight. Washes well, low spin, low/medium temperature, dry on delicate/normal

I originally tried to wear it without crossing the straps in the back - but that was a no-go as they kept slipping off no matter how much I adjusted, I guess I just don't have the right shoulders. SO I crossed them and it fits MUCH better! However, in order to get the most support/benefit, the adjusting straps are riding on the back of my neck on either side.

I need a lot of compression to keep the chachas from moving, because more movement means more pain. But most high-impact bras with the support I need give me uniboob like CRAZY. And I didn’t go through this stupid surgery to end up with uniboob. On the flip side, most bras with molded cups end up looking weird and make my boobs look like they’re trying to escape

more panic... took it off and made as large as possible by using the least amount of the Velcro (hard to explain) and tried again

That has always been my problem when buying sports bras, they either fit in the cup size and not the rib cage or vice versa.
