 The problem with the Tivoli was it had an annoying hiss at very low volume. When I would raise the volume to overcome this hiss, it would get too loud. I recently replaced it with the Sangean WR-11. It has none of this low volume hiss at all and is very pleasant to listen to at low volume

  Turning it on almost guaranteed to change tuning and or volume.  Two stars is a gift.

The adjacent channel suppression or reject is poor.  Signal capture is poor, sound is way to bass heavy.  I have had 2 Sangean radios in the immediate past and this is a HUGE disappointment.  Not even close to the quality of the previous radios

 Otherwise, if you set it up that way, you're not going to have a lot of the features that this has to offer so make sure you are using the newer gold sonos app if you've never created a sonos account before you will have to go and create An account when you're setting up the system, but essentially what you do in here is down in the bottom right. You click the little gear icon, you click select your product and it will begin searching for nearby products in your network. It should automatically discover it which it did in this case and then you just click add, but if it didn't, for whatever reason all you have to do is unplug your power, cable press and hold that sync button here on the back and hold it. While you go and plug in the power keep holding it until this front light turns orange, then you can let go of the button and it will go and basically factory reset the amplifier and it should go and show up in your app

 So if you can happen to go out and pick them up on the used market, then i actually do think that these are a fully functioning, perfect solution for pretty much any scenario. You'Ve got if you've got multiple rooms and different zones in your house or business. This is the way to go, or even, if you want to have some standalone speakers powered that's where i don't really think it's especially not worth it. You can get much cheaper amps that are able to power the speakers, although they may not be this level of high five

 and most of the videos on youtube are coming from dealers who are looking to make a sale from you who want you to buy this and a lot of the times. They don't want to talk about the downsides of a system like this, but in this scenario i am the purchaser i'm the customer same as you you're looking to see if this is an actual worthwhile product to pick up or if you should go with another solution And in this video, my goal is to answer that in an unbiased fashion. I will be talking about the downsides, as well as the features i'll be going through an unboxing of the amp i'll, be giving you a real world test to show you how this actually performs in the real world, and also i'll, be ending it off with answering The question of whether or not it is a worthwhile amplifier to pick up so with that said, let's get right into an unboxing all right. So as far as the outside of the box goes, it is pretty minimalistic

 Um the amp over here is definitely the winner. I mean it makes sense. It has 125 watt output to each channel, but now that you've heard the difference between the connect, amp and the amp, let's go and show you the other real world scenario where this is actually installed in a building both in a gym and in some in-ceiling speakers. So, let's go so you can get a real experience there right - and here we are

 Because as many of us know, who have heard many soundbars, the stereo width you get from a Sonos Amp with a pair of passive loudspeakers is far wider and gives you a more enveloping sound than the Sonos Arc soundbar can ever dream of. Yes, it might go lower in the bass. Yes, it does Dolby Atmos, but not very well. See my video for that, for how it kind of truncates the start of a Dolby Atmos stream
