Going half the speed or half the memory And then let's take a look at the specs and information for this particular one, and there is a difference on this one So this one their biggest selling point is the constant recording confidence So capture the critical moments have confidence in continuous recording the Samsung Pro endurance delivers industry leading performance sustainable through extreme conditions, so this is more for Outdoors monitoring camera systems if you take a look at these three products here It's kind of laying you know they could handle almost any element The refresh rate in the recording rate is pretty high up You can see it's built to last it's going last 25 times longer Than most of the other class it has 43,800 hours Which is five years for this particular card, so it keeps rewriting and? It's almost like a CD RW Record so you can rewrite it over and over a couple times that way So the surveillance footage is up there And you can take a look at the high endurance 25 more continuous recording New video monitoring standard, so if you look at this diagram They could use it for the body cam you could use it for Cameras for your building you could use it for your car when you're on your dashcam Those are where you want to have something continuous Not to stop and go where you're going to play and then record So that's what this is designed for again You don't want to use it for probably like your smartphone In this case because you're going to be for your smartphone. What is the difference between Samsung 128GB EVO Select, EVO Plus and PRO Endurance?

  One thing worth noting is that a lot of equipment uses the TF card standard which tops out at 32 GB. A 64GB or 128GB card will work in them but you will probably only be able to format to 32GB in the device. For me, it's easier to use the 64GB cards, which hit the right point on the capacity/price scale. It doesn't hurt older equipment to use the bigger card

 That's one reason the manufacturers recommend formatting inside the device. You might find it better to put the preformatted larger card in and test it to see if your device has been updated to work with the bigger cards. Always test first.

 However, some will limit recording to the first 32GB and might crash or lose recording past that point. It's something you have to test on each model of device you're using it in.  You've got a security cam that you got to have constant footage on, dash cam that's constantly recording. This guy is supposed to be able to keep up with all that for a years long period 24-7 recording not breaking down not corrupting or losing data. So as a result we're not going to do huge comparative benchmarks because there's no reason to. We're not trying to prove anything with this card because the only thing I could prove is if it could endure

I don't think you want to wait that long for this video but on the plus side the performance numbers measured up very closely to what Samsung is saying. On Crystal Disk we were actually showing some really nice write speeds with that program

 Scores looked good. The sequential read and writes pretty darn close to Samsung's specs. That's that's all it that's all there is guys. I mean it's a solid SD card

 If I could always use these, I wouldn't buy any other card. Unfortunately, there is one major problem with these cards. These cards max out at a paltry 128GB. My music collection won't even fit on a 512GB SD anymore, so 128GB is just out of the question

 It would eliminate the bulk and awkwardness of having a thumb drive sticking out of the Pi.  Sadly, that's not possible with the largest size only being 128GB. So, I love these cards, but I hate that they are not available in the size I really need. For now, they're only useful as a reliable boot device

 I didn’t make any great effort to recover the lost files, but reformatted the card, and will watch carefully to see if it happens again.  I don’t suspect the card is counterfeit. I’m careful about who I’ll buy from. I also don’t suspect the camera

This SD card has the best reviews across nearly all reputable camera review websites. It is nearly always rated as number 1. My decision was not based on the advertised specs but rather "real world" numbers/specs (very few SD cards can meet their advertised specs in the real world). This card was purchased for my new mirrorless camera and is primarily a backup/overflow memory card

The card's specs are much higher than a camera can utilize (at least at this time) but it will keep me ready for future camera firmware updates

 When connected to my computer, this card is blazing fast compared to standard SD cards. I highly recommend this card.

I bought this card because most cards have a "lock" which at times will not allow images to store to the card. This is fine if you catch it, or set your camera to identify, but the first time you lose a great image you will be completely disappointed in other cards. I shoot outdoors in dusty and at times wet environments. This card is good
