Really a nice piece of equipment for the price. Not too heavy and fit well. The only point that we dislike is the fact that you don't have any control on the air intake.

Good helmet

This is a comfortable helmet and the fit is true to size. The only thing I would add is a softer cover on the chin strap. It's not bad at all but the Giro Emerge helmet I bought to try along side this one has a softer cover and it makes it more comfortable.

It is a well-balanced model with many favorable features of a resort helmet like adjustable vents, a warm liner, MIPS, and Koroyd, all in a lightweight, low profile, backcountry-ready package. It is only a few ounces heavier than the lightest helmet in our review but offers more utility to the standard ski tour. For the average recreational backcountry skier, the marginal weight increase is a reasonable tradeoff for enhanced impact protection and other amenities this helmet provides.
