 Hey there! The Royal Clutch RK61 is one of the best-selling 60% mechanical keyboards ever.

 And why you might ask? Well, I would think the price is one of the main reasons,

 as this keyboard is generally offered under 50 US dollars and it's packed with a bunch of

 amazing features. It has double-shot keycaps, backlight LEDs, with some versions being RGB,

 and it can connect over Bluetooth. Now, this keyboard has been available for over two years,

 so the question is, is it still worth it in 2020? Well, let's see if it's the case.

 So, this keyboard comes in a brown branded box. In it, you get the unit itself,

 then a rubberized micro-USB cable and a keycap spooler. You also get a user

 guide which details most of the core functions of the keyboard. Looking at the board a little

 closer, you'll notice the micro-USB port at the back, close to center. That's a bit unconventional,

 most keyboards have their USB port at the left. And being an older keyboard, it doesn't have a

 Type-C port, which is probably a compromise you need to make when you go with cheaper boards

 these days. The case has no angle adjustments whatsoever and you'll find the on-off switch

 under it to power the keyboard when using it wirelessly. The case seems to be made from ABS

 and quality is okay overall. It's glossy on the side, so I expect the black variant to show

 fingerprints. Taking a look at the layout, it follows the NC standard, so replacing keycaps

 will be fairly easy. You don't get dedicated arrow keys but the Alt, Menu, Control and Question Mark

 section can be used as arrow keys. By default, that's their default behavior and you need to

 hit function to get back to regular keys. Fortunately, you can invert that behavior

 to get the arrow keys only when you hold down function. That's possible by hitting function

 and shift. The keycaps are, unfortunately, ABS. However, they have a matte finish,

 so they might last longer than other regular ABS keycaps. Also, they're double-shots,

 so legends won't wear out over time. And the material they use is translucent,

 so it will let light shine through. Unfortunately, closed-shade characters have slits,

 but that's quite common in budget keycaps. Then, all keys accessible with the function key are

 laser-etched, so these might wear off after some time. These are definitely not high-end keycaps,

 but they will probably do the job for most people. Under those keycaps hide RK-branded switches.

 I went with browns, but you can usually get this keyboard with reds or blues as well.

 These switches are decent. I would say they feel better than what I remember

 Outemu's feeling like. They're heavier than Gateron Browns. I would say they feel a bit

 like Kale Box Browns, but they're not as smooth and their actuation point is lower,

 pretty much midway through the travel distance. Overall, they feel alright for the price.

 Stabilizers aren't too bad either. Keys wobble a tad and they don't sound that amazing,

 but keys don't stick and they go down straight. They really look like the original N-Pro1

 stabilizers and these were quite terrible, but they don't feel as bad as I remember.

 So typing on this keyboard feels decent. Considering the price,

 I think it's great as you don't get too many mechanical keyboards at that price point anyway

 and while you'd get a better experience with more expensive keyboards,

 it's definitely an upgrade compared to a membrane keyboard.
