 Hey guys, it's Sam with Rep Fitness. I'm a product development engineer here, and today we're gonna talk about the PR4000. Now, when we made the PR4000, we kept a couple of things in mind. We wanted a stout, sturdy design, we wanted to have a lot of customizability so you're able to change out all those little details you like, and we wanted to make it a great value

 Now our third option is the flip down style. The flip down style is really, really nice because it has three forms of security. You have a pin here, a pin here, and then you have an anti-rotation pin here. And the other benefit of this style is it has the UHMW lining, which will help protect the knurling on your bar

 One of the benefits of the lat pull-down and low row is it actually adds stability to the rack. The foot pad is easily removed, so there's no need to worry about foot placement. The lat pull-down, low row option also has a ton of different attachments available with it. We have black powder-coated bars and chrome bars, all with really good knurling and also sport-specific handles, so you can work on your core, you can work on your sport-specific motions

REP PR-4000 Raw Cut Explanation

 The affordability of the PR4000 even over the PR5000 allowed me to set up the gym with extra accessories, extra barbells, keeping the cost to a relative minimum because it's very affordable even in the configuration that you see here with pretty much most of the accessories that they sell. Additionally, those cost savings allowed me to round out the gym the way that I wanted it with accessories like the Echo bike, a heavy bag, extra barbells and so on. If I had gone with a more expensive rack like the Rogue rack, it definitely would have caused me to cut some corners. Do I have any regrets with this rack? None whatsoever

Titan Fitness Lat Pulldown. It's cheaper than what you'll find elsewhere without sacrificing quality, Coop from GarageGymReviews does an amazing review on it and he's hard on Titan, but it's a nice machine. 

What would you do with this empty space? I’m considering a lateral row/low row cable machine. Or DB set from 8-40kg

The gym I am at has the Titan  Fitness ones, and I have used them for about 2 years now, and they are very sturdy, nothing has broken, nothing been replaced, I would go for it personally since I don't care about brand

 It took forever to put together, though, and that's something that's a complaint that Allen had was like a lot of the equipment like takes forever to put together. Well, that's because they want to break it apart as much as they can and put it in to as few boxes that they can that way. They'Re gon na save money so, rather than taking the time and charging more money to have welded components, they just use bolts, typically cheaper bolts like grade B or so bolts, great C, I'm not sure the exact grade they use but they're, cheaper bolts that are gon Na get the job done, you're not gon na have the fit and finish it's gon na. Take you longer to put together, but it's gon na work

 Why should I even bother having like a second part-time job, trying to get a hold of them to send me. The equipment when I could just buy from you know say somebody else, like rogue pay a little bit more and know I'm gon na get it so. I'Ve had an issue there. I'Ve also seen a ton of issues simply because we review so many products

Alan Thrall HATES Titan Fitness - Here's what I think!

 That'S where the flat foot back comes in, so when you combine the weight and construction of this rack with the flat foot design, which is basically designed to sit on a floor without being bolted down and still be stable. I have a rack that is solid. I don't store weights on it and it's still solid. So that's why i went with the with this particular rack from titan, the three by three construction and the flat foot design

 Now this particular rack comes in a short and the tall. This one is the tall design, because i've got plenty of height in here in the gym, but that's why i went with the x3 now, let's take a look at what are the things that i ended up really loving about this rack when it comes to the Things i love about this rack. I have to mention that flat foot design again to me. That'S a game changer! I, when you look at racks by other companies, now rogue makes a nice flat foot in their monster light line

 I mean there were two by two upright power racks that were only a few hundred dollars. There were rogue and sorenecks and elite fts racks that cost thousands and thousands of dollars, and that's where titan came in on paper, they looked great right. I mean the specs of the racks are right there with much more expensive racks by other companies, but the price points were much lower and that told me that i really wanted to go see one in person before i bought it. I had to see

 So my suggestion is, if you know that you want a titan rack or a titan product, get your name on that waiting list right away or check back on a daily basis or subscribe they're. They they're great at sending out email, newsletters, letting you know. What'S in stock, but that's something that i wish was different and that's happened with not just the rack is a couple other times when i decided i wanted something. As you probably know, when you decide it's time to spend the money, you want the product right, you kind of want it quick

Titan X-3 Power Rack Review. How Did it Hold Up Over 2 Years?

 I'M really happy. I got it and now the nice thing is. I can go from squat to bench to deadlift. I can have everything kind of like partially loaded up and i go from squat to bench to deadlift, which is right here

08/20/20 The AWESOME Titan X3 Power Cage: Overall, Assembly, Detailed Reviews & First Lifts

 I wanted to get the rack, so i could get it put together start using it here in my basement. Let'S get right into it all right, so this is how everything arrived uh. It came in one two, three, four five boxes and it was all shipped on a pallet, so i ended up having to take everything off the pallet and then walk it around the back and brought it all here into the gym. I'Ll get it all

 Hopefully, i don't go smashing into these mirrors and have to replace them. I'M gon na get the rest of this stuff bolted. On now. I'Ll put the there is a skinny bar skinny, pull-up bar that goes across the top, then a fat pull-up bar that goes across the top, then i'll grab the wrench and i'll tighten all the bolts down

 I can get a lot closer to the wall than i thought. That was a bit tricky. I had to get my wife to come downstairs to help me hold it in place. I thought this was a one-man job, but if you want to be safe and do it get two people just get a helper to hold it? For you, while you're doing it, i brought the bar and the plate in, and i put it up on here to see how far the 45 would actually get close to this, and it's got plenty of space
