 -I used the larger diameter pull-up bar for the front of the cage, just a preference, as the holes are the same.  Quality: -Powder coating is uniform with no flaws or spurs. -Weight of steel is reassuring, there are stamped numbers for the crossbar slots that are difficult to read, but I remedied with rubbing chalk across the surface to highlight the numbers and will use either nail polish or colored tape to mark at a later point. -Crossbars seem to be good quality and had no spurs on the edges or defects

All six of the gourd buckles were missing which meant I couldn't even complete building or test the lat attachment until I received a replacement. Their QC/QA seems to have systemic problems; I ordered a few other items directly from Rep Fitness (FID bench, landmine attachment, weight horns) and I had similar issues (defects/damage/insufficient instructions)

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Rep Power Rack PR-1000 combination with the dip bar and lat pull-down attachments.  PROS:  Very solid/stable cage; no movement when doing wide-grip pull-ups and I feel very safe when doing bench presses with the safety bars and j-cups.  The lat attachment is functional; the action isn't the smoothest but it works (video demonstrating the action attached) and I see it getting a lot of use in the future

I'Ve also discussed this at length on this channel, but basically with the barbell and the landmine you end up about at the same price, then with the lever, arms and you just have so many more options: um, because the landmine moves in more directions. Of course, the lever arms are cool and they're great, and if you have an unlimited budget, please get them because they're a great toy. But if you don't and if you want to make things stretch, you get more out of the second barbell and land mine than just the lever arms

 So if you want to enter the monster series really really cheap, that is probably one of the best options you have, but that comes at the cost of that. Your wreck will be harder to transport and get into different positions in your home gym, and it will also be harder to build on because you won't be able to take it apart as much if you are still on the fence before getting rogue equipment, then let Me assure you why you should buy rogue.  One is the pin and pipe. The second is the strap safety and the third is the are the flip down safeties. So personally, i only could buy the flip down safeties during the pandemic, because in europe the straps and the pin and pipes were out of stock by the time i was buying. However, i actually got a lucky escape on that one and i'll tell you why

So i'm very very happy with the flip down, save these and remember if you are actually in a cramped space with the pin and pipe system, you have to feed it from the front, so you basically need the same depth as the rack free in front of The rack to actually make the pin and pipe system work and get it fed in and out not everybody has that kind of space in their home or garage gym, or wants to sacrifice that much and the flip down safety just swing in from the side. So if you have place, if you have space issues right in front of them, the wreck, then the flip down safeties are the better option

 Actually, you might be even saving compared to the lt1 and the lt1 themselves. They are great engineering, so the mechanics work. Well, the everybody agrees on that and they are also fun to use, but a landmine and an extra barbell, i think, gives you just more to play around with for your home gym, whilst saving you money now, if you're getting the lt ones. Another comment on that

 The flip town safeties and the utility seat um to get the best value for money and on collar, stay away from the stainless steel and also stay away from the ceraketin and get the tallest wreck. You can possibly fit because with that you are getting the most amount of wreck. My personal opinion for the least amount of bucks with rogue fitness after discussions here on my channel with others who have bought rm, six racks and rm4 racks, but also based on my own experience. So the next few things i'm going to talk about is accessory

 So basically, whenever you put torque on the rack, so torque, meaning that you are pulling it in a certain direction because you attach a band or because you're keeping or because you you know, are doing a rope uh from the wreck - and you know, do these little Exercises for conditioning then definitely bolt it to the ground, because that will make the rack shift and the meanest things i have seen so far happening in gyms were when they were not bolted. A wreck was not bolted to the ground, and band work was done with it, because that exerts torque, upright to the rack and then, if it shifts a little actually the whole thing tilts over. And you were right in the middle of it, which can turn rather nasty. Another thing to consider is also how much weight you have on the rack i personally own up to 250 kg, which are mostly on the rack and stored on the rack

 Another thing you might ask yourself is whether you need to bolt down your wreck and i haven't bolted down my rack. However, there are a few things that play into this. I think, if you're using your rack for commercial use, you absolutely have to bolt it down for insurance purposes, because there are just people who will do some crazy stuff with your equipment and then drop it on themselves. The same goes when you're, not the sole user

 However, i have the rogue ohio, stainless steel, barbell ohio power bubble with the aggressive knurling. So if you get something with very aggressive knurling like the newest bars or the aggro bars that came out from rogue, then you might want to upgrade the jacobs themselves, especially if you are buying for a commercial gym, because i have actually worn down the plastic. Quite a bit after a year with the aggressive knurling and the jacobs, don't look as nice anymore. Of course, the jacobs are one of the places where you get the most wear and tear anyway, but still, if you are already investing into a rogue wreck, you might want to upgrade to the sandwich jacobs, especially with a very aggressive barbell

 In your home gym, and if you have a miners using the gym, then also bolt it down, just to be sure that if there's anything funky happening that it won't fall on them.
