I didn't think at first that I was gon na like strap safety, so I went ahead and ordered the flip-down safeties

 You can get cheaper racks, obviously, but you can also get much more expensive racks a couple of things I wish they would change one. I wish they'd offered black hardware and so that silver, I know rogue offers the black zinc hardware. I think it just looks better than the silver, because when I've just got a black and blue rack, then then I've got silver there. I just aesthetically

 You can use it for rows. You can use it for lower body exercises, pretty much whatever you want, so we also give the option of different weight horns and the benefit of that is between a 12 inch and a 6 inch. If you're wanting to rack weights at the bottom, you don't want a big weight horn sticking up where you're gon na bang your head. So, by doing a 12 inch below and a 6 inch up front, you actually have the ability to use all your weights effectively without balking your head

 Well, what we've done is we've tried to master the perfect way, so we have a 47 inch width from outer tube the outer tube.  Hey guys, it's Sam with Rep Fitness. I'm a product development engineer here, and today we're gonna talk about the PR4000. Now, when we made the PR4000, we kept a couple of things in mind. We wanted a stout, sturdy design, we wanted to have a lot of customizability so you're able to change out all those little details you like, and we wanted to make it a great value

 Now our third option is the flip down style. The flip down style is really, really nice because it has three forms of security. You have a pin here, a pin here, and then you have an anti-rotation pin here. And the other benefit of this style is it has the UHMW lining, which will help protect the knurling on your bar

 One of the benefits of the lat pull-down and low row is it actually adds stability to the rack. The foot pad is easily removed, so there's no need to worry about foot placement. The lat pull-down, low row option also has a ton of different attachments available with it. We have black powder-coated bars and chrome bars, all with really good knurling and also sport-specific handles, so you can work on your core, you can work on your sport-specific motions

 The affordability of the PR4000 even over the PR5000 allowed me to set up the gym with extra accessories, extra barbells, keeping the cost to a relative minimum because it's very affordable even in the configuration that you see here with pretty much most of the accessories that they sell. Additionally, those cost savings allowed me to round out the gym the way that I wanted it with accessories like the Echo bike, a heavy bag, extra barbells and so on.
