 Another positive and negative with the rack is the accessories on the plus side. There are attachments for things like dips, there's a landmine attachment and there's also a lat pull down thing that is never in stock ever having accessories like this is a great way to get a little bit more out of your rack. But that being said, there are a lot better accessories for the pr 4000 and 5000 series. Those racks have things like spotter arms, better j cups, better storage horns, they also have safety, straps and you'll wish that these were available for yours, it's kind of crazy to me that safety straps don't exist for the 1100, it does have safety bars, but they would Probably bend if you had to aggressively bail from a heavy squat, we have almost every accessory available for the pr 1100 and we've been happy with them, but you might have a little bit of envy for those accessories available for some of the higher end racks

Rep Fitness PR-1100 Power Rack Review

 Been using it for a few weeks and paint is already starting to come off not to mention rust is already building up on the inside. It would be better if there was a support bar at the bottom, but the only thing you really have keeping it stable is the Pull up bar at the top so it’s pretty wobbly.

It’s ok, but was expecting better.

 Everything looks great. I went with the freight delivery, I would have went with UPS Ground, so I wouldn't have to deal with that pallet, but it was $ 100 more for that shipping. So I just went with the freight I'll get rid of the pallet somehow and it came so. I had to preorder it basically because one of the one of the attachments, I think, was still on pre-order, so that took a couple days to wait for that, but other than that it came within a week, so I really impressed so far with rep

 It would be a metal-on-metal which I, like my bar, so I wouldn't do that to my bars. That'S why I like these and then the safety pins. I see with that light, but they're, a nice shiny chrome, which I like being in Nevada. It'S not gon na! Really be a problem, I don't think with any patina or rush rust, but if we were somewhere more humid that might be an issue

 So I just went with the freight I'll get rid of the pallet somehow and it came so. I have the RM 6 pro and have to say it's pretty decent for gaming. I was going to get the ROG 5 ultimate but it took forever to get to Canada.  It is a little glitchy but lots has been fixed since launch. I am pretty happy with it for the price

Rog Phones usually have better US carrier compatibility than other gaming phones.  Still not compatible with Verizon, but the US models of Rog Phone 5 are at least certified compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile (and have more LTE bands for T-Mobile as well).  International versions of Rog Phone aren't the same as US models.

Hey, I’m between the Nubia RedMagic 6S Pro and the ASUS Rog Phone 5 Ultimate currently. I was sold on the latter until I started seeing how fragile it apparently is, and looked into the RedMagic, and was almost convinced until I saw the complaints about the software being glitchy with no fixes, and not being able to change the launcher you use. 

Anyone have opinions on these phones? I’m looking for a gaming phone with a neat design, great specs, and trigger buttons like these two have, feel free to drop recommendations if you know of anything else, thanks!

Trouble deciding

Build quality meets exactly what my expectations were- this thing is great. It's a step below commercial/Rogue quality, but well above the competitors such as Titan/Rep/X-Mark. Smooth operation and it feels very sturdy regardless of the movement being performed. 

Powertec Lat/Low Row Machine (P-LM20)

 Potentially the sandwich jacobs they've got the plastic that goes all the way around. So if you hit the front and the bottom of the jacob it ain't going to mess your bar up at all now i chose to go with the strap safety, as opposed to the pinpipe or the flip down safeties only because if you accidentally hit them during A lift: it's not going to completely throw you off because there's give you know, obviously from the strap, whereas the other ones as a solid surface, and i mean you're you're, pretty much screwed once you hit one now, let's talk about the pull-up bars, i've got the Coral bar uh socket offering that they have i've, got the multi-grip bar and then i've got their. What do they call it the globe or the crayon pull-up bar mounted to the side. I don't know i like doing pull-ups

 I'M no longer doing that because i have some other equipment coming in which, if you follow me on instagram, you know what that is, but i didn't double check the actual po they had sent me. So i ended up ordering an extra one. So if someone needs one come talk to me, but overall it cost me about 900 bucks. Now i'm taking a look at the actual pieces of what i would really need just to make a straight rm6 versus what the website offers it ends up being roughly 150

 You can't order uprights from them on their website. For some reason you can order the cross members, but the uprights you can't so you have to reach out to them all in all and i'll do a price break down here on the side. That'S why i'm kind of standing off to the side, all in all, it probably cost me roughly 900. To do this

All right welcome to the far outpost we're gon na review. Today, we've got the rm6. We just got this. This is a pandemic specialty

 We use to hang our chains on so that's why there's six on the bottom of the rack and then there's two up here: holding the chains. We went with the extra cross member so that we could put our our shackles up with our our grip strength tools. If you'll notice, the top of those shackles all have a quick release, pin in them those quick release, pins are court quick release, pins from Home Depot. I think they're $ 10 each online and they're like twelve Docs after they ship them to you

 Obviously, we've got the 48 inch lever arms. We got the safety strap system, it barely fits as you can see. We had 90 and 3/4 inch clearance, and this is 90 point 3. So it's about 0
