 Another positive and negative with the rack is the accessories on the plus side. There are attachments for things like dips, there's a landmine attachment and there's also a lat pull down thing that is never in stock ever having accessories like this is a great way to get a little bit more out of your rack. But that being said, there are a lot better accessories for the pr 4000 and 5000 series. Those racks have things like spotter arms, better j cups, better storage horns, they also have safety, straps and you'll wish that these were available for yours, it's kind of crazy to me that safety straps don't exist for the 1100, it does have safety bars, but they would Probably bend if you had to aggressively bail from a heavy squat, we have almost every accessory available for the pr 1100 and we've been happy with them, but you might have a little bit of envy for those accessories available for some of the higher end racks

Rep Fitness PR-1100 Power Rack Review

 Been using it for a few weeks and paint is already starting to come off not to mention rust is already building up on the inside. It would be better if there was a support bar at the bottom, but the only thing you really have keeping it stable is the Pull up bar at the top so it’s pretty wobbly.

It’s ok, but was expecting better.

 Everything looks great. I went with the freight delivery, I would have went with UPS Ground, so I wouldn't have to deal with that pallet, but it was $ 100 more for that shipping. So I just went with the freight I'll get rid of the pallet somehow and it came so. I had to preorder it basically because one of the one of the attachments, I think, was still on pre-order, so that took a couple days to wait for that, but other than that it came within a week, so I really impressed so far with rep

 It would be a metal-on-metal which I, like my bar, so I wouldn't do that to my bars. That'S why I like these and then the safety pins. I see with that light, but they're, a nice shiny chrome, which I like being in Nevada. It'S not gon na! Really be a problem, I don't think with any patina or rush rust, but if we were somewhere more humid that might be an issue

 So I just went with the freight I'll get rid of the pallet somehow and it came so. I had to preorder it basically because one of the one of the attachments, I think, was still on pre-order, so that took a couple days to wait for that, but other than that it came within a week, so I really impressed so far with rep. This is my first time working with them. I I'm liking it so far

 So if I did get in trouble and yelled for help, nobody would really be able to hear me. So I got a power rack just for safety and it's just something. I'Ve always wanted it's. What I learned to lift on in the first place, I went with the rogue 1100 series

Finally ordered stuff yesterday. Honestly never thought I’d order rogue, but the resale value pushed me over the edge (I have two young kids and a consequently very uncertain future), and then the $75 flat rate shipping when you order a rack made getting almost everything from them make sense (echo bumpers really become worth it once you’re effectively not paying shipping for them and they don’t have shipping baked in like many other company’s plates…rep’s “5% off when you buy a rack” doesn’t take off shipping cost and isn’t a good enough incentive IMO).

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of September 03, 2021

 One of the other things about the rack that I went with is I got the black sink hardware, which is a I'd like to say it's a $ 25.00 upcharge because it comes standard. But if you take off and go to the bright zinc hardware, which I think I have potentially an example over here off screen as I fumble around so here you have black zinc bright. Zinc would look like that instead, so if you chose to go with the bright zinc, which is one of the drop-down menus that actually takes $ 25 off your order, so it's cheaper

 I think these are the way to go in terms of number one. I think they work better than the actual pins themselves and they're also going to keep you safer and your equipment safer and kind of living, a better life, because it's harder to bend a bar or [ __ ]. Something up and the straps are just the way to go now, if you buy them initially, with the rack they're a hundred and fifteen dollar up charge, the standard is the pin and pipe safeties which, by the way, I have over there and they're just sitting in The corner, if you're planning on getting both, I would probably add the pin and pipe safeties as your main option and then order these straps separate. Just because the way the pricing works out, a hundred and fifteen dollar upgrade from the pin and pipes which, typically, if you bought them, set, but were 85

These things retail for 180, which means that by getting these and upgrading to 115 dollars, you're basically overpaying a little bit by about 15 bucks and again it's only if you're gon na buy them both at the same time, if you're only planning on buying one go With the straps or the pin pipes, wherever you want, if you're buying both, I would add that as standard as part of your rack and then add that in separately, it's gon na end up saving around 15 to 20 bucks overall. But with that, like I said, I'm very happy with this rack have no complaints, even if I were able to fit a bigger rack in here, which I can't because again based off the clearance from one of the garage door is the rm4 would not fit

Rogue Fitness RM-3 10 Months Later...

 I don't have actual cleaners from Iraq because it doesn't get that dirty and a couple of seconds and some YouTube magic. I can take a lot of this stuff off really quickly and really easily not completely gone. But again I don't have real cleaner here with me and I'm not really scrubbing away, as I probably should, but a lot of this stuff is removable if you just put some elbow grease into it. So that's a good sign

 Does it matter if your equipment gets beat up? Surprisingly, some people don't care and, more surprisingly, some people really care. I guess you can kind of tell where I fall into this group, but I want to talk about how this thing is held up in case you're. Looking at getting something like this, but I've been worried in the past now, one of the things that really helps in my case is the fact that this is a monster series of rack, which means for the UHMW on accessories. Not only do you get the standard for the most part on the outside, wherever the barbell would touch that way, you're not damaging the accessory with your bar and the accessory is not damaging your bar itself

 Looking at getting something like this, but I've been worried in the past now, one of the things that really helps in my case is the fact that this is a monster series of rack, which means for the UHMW on accessories. Not only do you get the standard for the most part on the outside, wherever the barbell would touch that way, you're not damaging the accessory with your bar and the accessory is not damaging your bar itself. It'S not metal on metal contact, but you also get UHMW on the inside, which is really nice because again it's avoiding that metal on metal contact and instead giving you that buffer of UHMW to protect your accessory, but also protect your rack itself and again, when you're Moving this thing and repositioning it, you have a lot of contact there and the fact of the UHMW in there number one protects the rack and accessory as already mentioned, but it also makes the fitment of these a lot nicer. You don't usually get any slop with these, which is really good
