This upright model has 80 levels of magnetic resistance, making it suitable for users of all fitness levels. It can be controlled manually using the resistance adjustment knob. It is also FTMS Bluetooth enabled, and it works with Renpho's free AI Gym App and several other popular training apps like Zwift and Peloton. The AI Gym App is somewhat basic, but it has many fitness tests and training programs to choose from, plus the bike automatically changes resistance levels when using it and certain other apps. We found the bike relatively comfortable, with a nice seat and lots of handlebar and seat height adjustment. Assembly is straightforward, and moving the bike is relatively easy using the integrated transport wheels. 
Renpho claims a massive recommended user height range of 4'11" to 6'5". While that claim is impressive, we feel it might be a little exaggerated. We feel the bike is best used with either the AI Gym App or another app with a phone or tablet to serve as the display.  To get on this bike in comparison to most other indoor, cycling bikes, i've reviewed. I did notice that there is no water bottle holder on this bike, but um honestly, it seems like you could probably just like set a water bottle like right here. As i mentioned before, i really like the display up here that gives you your power in watts. I think it's just like a really nice looking, aesthetic honestly and i like that it gives you your resistance number here in newton meters

 Uh the knobs are nice. They work nice uh perfectly fine and yeah. These handlebars go like way way way down, and so does the saddle way way down. Yeah again, just nice, nice um levers here i really actually like them and obviously at six foot five

 Other thing i'd like to point out is this: bike: has a relatively small footprint compared to a lot of the other indoor bikes i have, and also it's just like pretty easy to move around like the mobility on it. It'S like really convenient and um pretty simple to move compared to most of the bikes. I have so it's not exactly like a super light bike, but like it's light enough that i could, like you know, just kind of pick. The whole thing up and like honestly for like most the bikes, i have you know like the nordic track or the peloton there's like no way you could just like pick those bikes up like this

RENPHO AI Powered Bike REVIEW (part 1!)

 So if you just decide to take a break mid ride, this is going to stop with you and then you're going to have to get going again and find that consistency, and that is the one thing i noticed about this bike is consistency is king. You need to find the speed you want to be at and try to maintain that speed. It ends up being a very smooth ride and then, when you want to adjust, you work your way to a new cadence and you start maintaining that. But it's not necessarily a bike that i would recommend just trying to jump all over the place like i'm going to go this fast

Welcome to the channel that covers everything where health and technology meet and today we're reviewing the renfo ai powered bike and to be completely transparent. I reviewed a lot of bikes on this channel and up to this point i purchased everyone myself and renfo did provide this one. It'S not sponsored, i'm not being paid. They did send the bike, though, so i wanted to make that clear, but i'm gon na treat this review just like any other bike, so i'm gon na break this video into four segments

 They also have an ai trainer mode, which is pretty neat because you can load different types of exercises and i'll use. My stairs example where it keeps getting harder and then it comes down and this bike does have automation built into it. So what it will do is it wants to keep you at an output and that will get harder as the stairs go up and then it'll eventually come back down. But it will take how fast your cycling or your cadence and then it will automatically change the resistance to put you at the output that they want you for that point in the ride

 Third, i'm going to talk about the value you get out of this bike so compared to the cost to features. Is it a good value for you to put your money into and then we'll wrap it up by talking about who? I think this bike is for so, let's jump in so let's kick this review off by talking about the bike itself and we'll start with assembly, and this was by far the easiest bike. I'Ve ever assembled now i had helpers and i was also doing the video work on it, which took me a little bit longer. But if i was to get another one of these, i wanted to put together as fast as i could

RENPHO AI-Powered Bike Review - So Many Features... Great Value?

I will amend my original Review to state that the bike is functioning properly in zwift with a firmware update. It feels like a good piece of hardware, so I'm hopeful it will last a long time. Customer support was helpful and solved my problem pretty quickly without slogging through automated systems, so I appreciate that. Note that the firmware update that was required for my bike to work in Zwift was not automatically pushed, I had to manually request & install it, so keep that in mind

This is a good bike with some compatability issues.

 So not something you really pick up and move around very easily, but with that weight it does make it a bit more stable when using it, which is pretty nice. I am 180 ish pounds as i shoot in the video, and i have really good stability on this bike. Overall, the dimensions are 40 inches, long, 20, inches wide and 49 inches is the max height of the bars and then the max weight allowed on the bike. According to renfo is 265 pounds and of course, it comes with an included, app called the ai gym, which connects via bluetooth to your phone or tablet and then again allows you to hook up to any of the courses that they have listed within it and tracks

 So, for some reason, once i hit above 300 is where i only see this calculation in the app becoming an issue. Also, when you start pedaling really hard now, i don't really do sprinting on the bike. I just kind of pedal pretty hard to do. My bike rides: it can get decently loud now

 So just know me coming in 180. Pounds is fits very well on this bike, so i am 511 180 pounds just so you know, and it comes in very well in terms of stability when using this product and over time, these courses will change, especially if you keep taking that initial test. Maybe every couple weeks or so so i think i went like over a little over a month before retaking the test, and i went from around to 228 ftp all the way to a 237, which is where i currently sit at. So i did improve over those 150 miles which is good to see, but just know

 Maybe i really am not putting enough power, but i feel like because it's auto changing for me, i'm pedaling very, very fast. I feel like i should hit it and keep there, but for some reason i'm falling off. So i don't maybe it's me, but i feel like it should be easier for me to keep something like a 350 ftp um than what it does in the current system. That'S set up with that motor dampening, but just know everything below a 300 really does stay pretty constant

Has now been one year with the renfo ai, smart bike, and i'm here to show you why i think you should go ahead and look into this bike for your home gym. For those who don't know the renfo ai smart bike is a spin based bike that you use at home, but uses magnetic resistance to automatically adjust your workout to fit the proper resistance for the workout. You are trying to accomplish. It'S really nothing more than that, but here are the reasons i went ahead and bought this one versus others that you might find on the market today

 So that was a big plus for me buying this one as well, so now that let's jump into my cons list, so my first con is that it is not the best looking bike in the world it really. I really like the other spin bike, looks much more than this one. It'S not really sporty or anything kind of looks like maybe your grandmother's old spin bike. They used to have way back in the day and they just made it into like a cool ai, smart bike, but i still think it does the job very very well and gets me all the results

 I'M going to beat you one day in that race, but just know that's really all i do. I do it, maybe once or twice a week. So it's not that i don't like the bike. It'S just

 Many of the sensors of the bike in the actual app itself, so you don't need to go buying any special pedals or heart rate monitors and things like that. But you can go out and just use it right away and it works right out of the box. I did it on day one i made a trial on zwift and did it i'm not using zwift anymore. So this was more of an initial trial phase to see if it worked, because i just use the app for free

 My next con is one that comes from the power courses since i'm now at 228. Sometimes in the power course, i actually get over a 300 uh ftp to try and beat or do for his interval amount of time. However, i've had a lot of trouble as soon as you get over 300 trying to push it any higher than that. For some reason, no matter how hard i pedal or anything, it just never reaches the top before the timer moves down to a resting phase

 If you want to see everything you get when it arrives on your doorstep and with that, let's jump into my pros and cons list starting off with the pros for the renfo ai powered spin bike. First pro - and i did mention this before, but it can easily go in and out of my closet, there are two wheels on the front by the handlebars on the floor, so you can just kind of turn the bike down and easily just roll in and out Of my closet, i actually before buying this made sure to check out the dimensions of the width and being 20 inches, and my doorway at 22 inches just barely fits, but it doesn't make it each and every time so no longer damaging my walls or trying to Shimming it out of my closet. It just rolls right on out next up, you have a turn dial, which shows you, your gear or resistance that you are currently working with in your training. So some of the workouts that you do you can just change it on your own others

 Now it is only 20 inches wide, so i was expecting to have a little more wiggle, but i'm very surprised actually how stable it is. I had problems with my last bike and the seat kind of turning on me and the handlebars turning and being kind of jittery and loud, but i was very surprised i jumped on this thing i feel like it barely even feels like i'm on it um the Thing doesn't move at all. It just does exactly what i want, and i really do love this bike so far, and my last pro is that it does connect to other third-party apps like zwift. So if you're, someone using one of those, this will connect and use

 I got a Velcro one off Amazon and it works great.  Only real complain I have is when using Zwift and changing gears - sometimes be it up shift or downshift - the bike will jump to an insanely high resistance for less than half a second. But it’s super noticeable and if you are shifting while racing someone it totally screws up your cadence.

 My first ride in Swift I was stuck at 46 watts no matter how fast I pedal; the bike would only shift up a gear a moment. Super annoying being stuck a 5 mph. Support stated in an email they will be releasing a firmware update for the bike by the end of January. Tip: until the update firmware is released unpair the “Controllable” device in Zwift “before” starting the ride or race

 My Specialized Body Geometry saddle that I have on my road bike is far more comfortable. Santa is now bringing me another Specialized Body Geometry saddle (from Sigma Sports) to swap the stock Wahoo out. This should sort out that issue.
