eTL:DR. Sole F63 treadmill keeps burning out speed control board - board, motor both replaced twice, belt replaced once, seems like the board is about to burn out again. I know this reads like an email I should send to Sole support, but I'm just so frustrated with them at this point, and I'm hoping that a benevolent and wise redditor can offer some insight. I have an F63 that I bought about 18 months ago

Hold on a second, why did I pay all of that money for the warranty??, not to mention it was 1 month old. The CSR had to get approval to be able to send someone out to repair the unit. Oh, and by the way, they didn't tell me the part was back ordered until I called 2 weeks later wondering where the parts were. Need I go on??? Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service

This is a long term review of the Sole F63 treadmill. I purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods and purchase the 3 year extended warranty. August of 2010 will be the end of the third year so far I have had the console replaced twice because the display was starting to fade out in certain places and have replace the front roller once because one of the magnets that controls the speed kept falling out and the roller started squeaking. Also had the "running" deck replaced and I imagine it is going to break again

Treadmill was supposed to be assembled upon delivery. Delivery team showed up, no phone call before hand, dropped off the box and said the assembly team would be at our house within 2 hours. 5 hours later nothing, chat with support who said there is no assembly team and it was to be assembled by the delivery team. By that time the next available appointment for someone to assemble was 3 days later

I called Sole and a 2-3 week process began to get parts and a technician out to fix the brand new unit. To their credit, Sole did fix the problem, but I am dismayed that a $1000 treadmill can show up broken. Sole is a US company, but most of the unit is made in China. Someone at Sole needs to get their manufacturing partners in line
