i like it cause i avoid r buttons, 2 extra buttons to, more thumbstick improved. audio looks cool but it doesnt just work perfect cause it doesnt automatically best setup in console and i feel like your drivers arent new enough and you really can't hear me but at least it recognizes headphones and your audio isn't in all the xbox software it barely works right.

The trigger rumble is super strong, wow, and does cause rattles but it's so strong, how could it not? But alas on PC, I've only got to feel the triggers rumble in the setup app, because the feature is narrowly supported on xbox, and apparently non-existent on PC, because I haven't found any games that used it. I bought this controller after my gen 1 Xbox Elite Controller started getting unacceptable left stick drift and had broken LB twice. I wanted the gen 2 Elite, but I decided to give this a shot. My main game is Rocket League, so this isn't from the perspective of a shooter main. I've only had it about a month so I can't speak to it's durability, but I will update the review if something becomes a problem

I still like the controller and it's my go-to over my OEM Xbox controllers for single player games because it is just so comfortable to use, and everything else about it works right. It's just a shame that the headset clicking issue and random disconnection keep it from being perfect. I'd still recommend it with reservations given my mostly positive experience.

A few months ago I bought this controller to replace another controller from Easy SMX (Another good controller for the most part) and to be honest I really like it. Buttons don't stick, joysticks work great and they don't slip from my thumbs. I've used it to play Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak, Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires, Valfaris, Huntdown, Blasphemous, King of Fighters 2002, Dead by Daylight and Skullgirls and it controls smoothly. Granted I haven't used it for an FPS or TPS that requires a lot of precision but from Monster Hunter I haven't felt like I'm fighting the controller at all

For other non Shooter games the controller works splendid. I mainly use the two extra buttons on top (M1, M2) for my gameplay, and out of the 4 buttons on the back I only use 1. I actually like the location of those buttons because since I don't use them, I don't feel they are on the way, I have big hands but never touch them unless I want to reach for them. So for me it's comfortable

I bought this controller because my previous controller stopped working on me out of nowhere and I needed a new controller as quickly and cheaply as possible and for 30 bucks this controller looks and feels extremely nice but after a few days of using it I started noticing a issue with the left trigger button whenever I press down on it there's a huge delay for when I press it versus when the game responds to my input it stills works fine but I don't see this being my go to controller this is a really good controller for the price but don't except it to be your permanent controller

Customization on Windows is also much less robust than with the Astro C40 or Xbox Elite Series 2 gamepads. You can program the six buttons on the back with any input, or set any of them to Focus (reduce sensitivity on either analog stick) or Agile (increase sensitivity on either analog stick), but you can't reprogram the standard face buttons or triggers.

I've had some companies cause nothing but grief trying to have them honor a warranty, so I really appreciate when the process is made so easy for me on my end.

Maybe it was just my controller and other buyers aren't experiencing this but I wanted to put it on the review in case others are seeing this issue.
