The OVOS 5-Quart was very similar to the Cuisinart CTG-00-SSAS in many ways. The anti-slip pads on the bottom of the bowl and the hinges that attach the lid to the bowl make for very secure operation at speed. These high speeds undoubtedly contributed to its higher marks for water and dirt removal. This product did exceptionally well in our blackberry water removal test; it kept the fragile berries intact while still managing to remove over 95% of the water weight. The braking on this unit was above average and did not take as much effort as some of the other crank-arm style units. We also found it easy to add more water during the spinning process, thanks to a hole in the lid. 
The colander on this unit proved to be somewhat challenging to clean because of several sharp edges. The lid, with its two latches, also proved to be a bit challenging to clean quickly. Fortunately, a full-scale clean is of average difficulty because the entire unit can be disassembled. The hinges are sometimes difficult to secure. We struggled several times throughout the test process to get the latches to fit correctly. Once the hinges are on, it does operate well, especially at higher speeds. Even with its small design flaws, the OVOS shows itself to be a good contender that would work well enough in any kitchen.

The lid clips are difficult to work (too time-consuming) and are flimsy plastic that you feel will break with every use. Also, the clips seem unnecessary, as well as the "dangerous" hole on the top. This spinner does the job, (once it's set up!) but it's too complicated. My previous salad spinner, which I finally (and reluctantly) had to replace, was soooo easy and simple

Clips on lid are awkward

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and washed it before using. Used it once and it worked great. Put it in the sink to get washed again and added some other stuff into it that would get handwashed again too (it is a very large bowl). Well apparently it couldn't handle the load of a couple extra bowls in it and it completely broke in three spots! I would expect that a bowl costing $30 wouldn't break so easily! Very upset that I wasted my money on this, clearly it's a cheaply made product

I had an OXO salad spinner the sort where you press down the center. It is a best seller that came highly recommended, and it lasted exactly one year before the plunger busted. I never liked it because you had to really bash it to get it going (which may explain why the plunger busted on me.)  So I bought this

 The geared design means that the inner basket really gets moving fast without a lot of work. There is a grate in the top that allows you to pour out the water without having to open and close the lid, which also locks onto the bowl, another nice touch. I much prefer this over the plunger model - easier to use and better results. Note that this exact same model is sold under other brand names for less, so - 1 star for that

 My only Let down was the fact that I wish I would’ve read the reviews and description a little bit better. For being labeled a large salad spinner, I found it to be quite small. Not nearly big enough for my family of seven. Otherwise, a very good salad spinner

 I'm a huge fan of the size of this machine as well. It can fit a huge amount of clothing. With my previous dryer, I used to have to do multiple loads. I can fit everything into this one

 Um. It'S awesome. My only negative is and i'll go in here to talk about it, there's a jingle when most washers and dryers go off. They make a noise beep, they buzz

 We did all this piping, we got the hvac over here. It'S not finished, so don't judge this we're not even done painting but propane tanks. Propane is just more efficient out here: cheaper, better, it's better choice versus natural gas or electric and uh going straight down these over we've got a t right there going inside for the range, and then we come straight out. I'M gon na paint all this black and we're also gon na get siding and we've got stone all the way through
