I'm a big guy with a few extra pounds so I need a XXL especially for layering. I thought all in all it was a good choice but would like to try their XL as I feel the sleeves run long.

One note is this thing is super heavy. Like wearing a weighted blanket. Nice and cozy. It fits baggy which is kinda nice for layering underneath

Edit; The XL sleeves are perfect. I’d think about sizing down on this jacket if you’re on the fence.

If I expected to do day-to-day serious work or wanted to do significant layering underneath, I'd go with my normal size of large which would be quite roomy for me. I also found that shrinkage for this garment, even using hot water and a hot dryer (which is probably not recommended anyway) led to quite minimal shrinkage. Point being, don't buy excessively baggy expecting significant shrinking to happen. If you can dial your size in, this is a helluva of a great jacket that should last for years and years in all kinds of conditions
