This backpack is pretty comfortable. It doesn’t move at all on my back once fastened and tightened. The pockets in the front are big enough to fit an XR iphone and outer box case. I don’t use the water bellie as I don’t job that far just to work

 The s/m size fit my work clothes, shoes, lunch, with a bottled water. Though it developed a small hole in the pocket nearest my back that I had to patch up, I’m still happy with the purchase compared to lord of other running commuter backpacks

Pretty Comfortable Running Backpack

 This one just isn't working for me for trail running. I love it for lightweight day hiking or fast hike peaks but I've worn it a few times on some long trail run days and it just feels too clunky for a trail running vest - though I do love the women's specific fit and the gear capacity, fits a full first aid kit, poles, 2.5-3.5 L of water, extra layers and nutrition

 I couldn’t find the comfortable place where the strap didn’t hurt my shoulder and the massive-ness didn’t rub my nipples (I said I wasn’t going to say nipple, but I don’t think I can adequately review it without). The irritation was awful. I also realized that I want a pack that sits on my hips and the length of this one didn’t allow for that.

Wow! Just used this for the first time for a tough, 28-mile, trail run. This is the best vest I’ve had. Very breathable. Lots of support and I love the easy access, pocket storage space and overall fit

Absolutely fantastic!

5" x 10" x 7", it has lots of storage compartments - from the back to the front of the bag there's the hydration pack zippered area (2L bladder included, no cleaning device), the larger zippered compartment, a smaller zippered compartment, an open area that can be adjusted using the pull straps, another zippered pocket (with 2 smaller compartments and a small clip for keys, etc), the bungy section on front, and 2 mesh side compartments (picture shows a 21oz camelback insulated squeeze bottle). A cool feature is the attached rain cover on the bottom front of the backpack in a velcro little pocket - it's attached to the bag so it won't be able to get dropped or blown away. Going back to the bungy part, I've never really know what the heck that's for, maybe to put wet stuff to dry? I saw on bicycle bags its used to store your helmet when you're not riding. Anyway, if you don't know a whole lot about how to use backpacks like me there's a couple ideas

 The zipper pulls are nice - they have a nice design and made of a hard rubber with a slight tactile feel. Though I haven't taken out on the trails, I'm very pleased with the initial quality, design, look, and price! I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Great size for day hiking. Love that the bladder came with it. I, also, really like the stretch cords on the back to put rain poncho in case I need it, or I don’t need it any longer. Big enough to carry what you need for hiking all day

Great Daypack

 I took the backpack on a trip of 2 weeks where I was walking all day and I felt comfortable besides the straps being a tad bigger on my shoulders so sometimes It would rub against my shoulders when I walked which would over time, give me pain but it was a small amount overall. It fit my tablet, passport, waterbottle, rain coat. The great thing about this backpack is that it fits a lot of things on the outside so I put my umbrella, jacket and other things in the front. I think the best part of this backpack is how much you can pack outside of the backpack so ideal for hiking, camping
