 As you hike, your hip or shoulder may get tired, and you can adjust the straps to put more weight on one, then re-adjust to alternate back onto the other. From time to time, you may have to re-tighten your waist strap. - Test the feel and adjustments by putting heavy items into your backpack and walking around for a while. Get used to the feel before you head out onto your adventures

 the Load-lifter straps, and finally the Chest strap. - You want the weight to be evenly distributed on your waist and shoulder. One of the best backpacks and brands

 you've got the indicators to tell you all the different levels when you've gone too far, or you've gone in, and then you've got a little bit more padding on the hip belt, so just pop in the pack on as normal, get it onto your back ideally with the straps loosened up, and then start off with the hip belt. Get that sitting nicely on your Iliac crest which will take the majority of the load and then afterwards adjust your shoulder straps. Just bring it closer into you again, doesn't have to be too tight because you don't want your shoulders to be pulled apart and then finally your load lifters just do that up. and just to bring in the weight on the higher up weight and tip it in towards you rather than tipping away from you and again you'll know you'll have a good fit and you know you'll have the back length right when you haven't got a gap between the back of your shoulder and the shoulder strap

 Just bring it closer into you again, doesn't have to be too tight because you don't want your shoulders to be pulled apart and then finally your load lifters just do that up. and just to bring in the weight on the higher up weight and tip it in towards you rather than tipping away from you and again you'll know you'll have a good fit and you know you'll have the back length right when you haven't got a gap between the back of your shoulder and the shoulder strap. and then finally you can attach the torso strap if you like. Personally, I find myself over the course of the day doing this up or undoing it depending on kind of how hard we're working

 It can be adjusted on back length using the two ratchet straps just on the bottom here, so to shorten the back length, you could just ratchet them like that. And the indicators will tell you when when they're all aligned and then to loosen it up, you just loosen it up like that so it's super nice and easy. There's no velcro in there to um to undo. it's really nice and slick

 one big compartment to to put your kit into. On the front, you've got your walking pole attachment loops here, so again, if you're walking with walking pods, you can pop them there and then on the side you've got nice large generous water bottle pockets, but again also somewhere where you can put in your tent poles if you wanted to to keep them outside and separate. But what's nice is that you've also got the secondary access for the bottle. Makes it really nice and easy to get in and out of or put away whilst you've got the pack on
