 Think bold 90' style. Descente is not that far off in terms of styling. Obermeyer just really seems to nail it in every department. This jacket (and most of their other jackets too) have all of the technical details you'd want in a ski jacket

I can say fairly honestly that it really comes down to Obermeyer, Descente and Spyder (and Solomon slightly behind these 3) for the best of the best ski outer wear. You truly cannot go wrong with any of these brands. In reality you might just have to base your decision to what looks best to you or fits your particular body best. All of these brands were very close in terms of technical details (with Solomon slightly dragging behind the big 3)

Skiing in this jacket now for the 5th time this year and I couldn't be happier. I had to toss a coin between this and a different model of theirs. It just came down to looks and this one appealed to me slightly more. Either way, Obermeyer is my new ski jacket go to!

 The first time I tried on an Obermeyer after trying on mainstream brands like North Face and Patagonia, I was absolutely blown away by how thoughtfully everything was designed for perfection in terms of fit. Every little thing is wonderfully thought out and simply conforms perfectly to the human body.

But above and beyond styling, their jackets fit like a dream! They not only look stylish and contemporary but their fit was simply better than ALL of the other brands to me. This jacket (and a couple other of their jackets as well) fit absolutely perfectly and are amazingly comfortable.
