The one directly wired to my PC from the modem is putting out slightly over 450 mbps download and nearly 25 mbps upload. I bought thisabout 4 months ago to bypass the Verizon router. Very easy to set up but except for running speed tests, I can't tell a difference. The satellite doesn't seem to help any. My phone seems to take longer to load apps than before and we have had some buffering on streaming tv for the first time in years though not a lot

The reason I know it's wireless is that connecting directly to the switch via Ethernet (which bypasses the Deco completely) returns expected speeds. Rebooting the Deco is the only solution I've found, but that's not sustainable during the mid-day. I guess I'm just old school. But I completely dislike these newer routers forcing you to use a mobile app to configure them
