I will say though that I found this pillow actually to be comfortable and it had great support. I would even say it slightly improved my sleep in the fact that I woke up less during the night and sometimes not at all! I remember the first few nights of using this pillow I was hurting even more so than usual but this is expected since it is giving you such support. I powered through those first few uncomfortable nights and used it for one month and I am sad to say I will be trying another pillow out. A bag is provided to use for the filling that you remove. My only complaint is that the bag is not big enough. I needed to use that and then also used an old pillow case for the filling that would not fit into the bag.

The pillow is much smaller than I expected. This is partially my fault that I assumed the standard size would be the same size as regular standard pillows instead of looking at the measurements. This pillow is the best pillow I have owned. I like very firm pillows so this is great for me. It doesn't cause pressure points on my head or feel like too much weight is on one spot. I sleep on my side and this keeps my spine aligned much better than normal pillows
