There wasn't anything wrong with the product, just make sure the size will work for you. I believe there are several different sizes of the "bento box" type of lunch box. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us due to size, but the quality is excellent.

I can only talk about how small it was. If I put an ice pack in it there would not have been any room for my lunch and a beverage.

What a disappointment! Ordered this and the water bottle . Really small and the plastic was hard whereas I could see it cracking if dropped! Didn’t even use it , sent it back immediately’

This is a great high-quality lunch box - but do not expect this thing to keep your stuff incredibly cool like their larger coolers. I would say it's only marginally better than a much cheaper igloo lunchbox but the materials are better quality. I’m a sucker for most things Yeti so I purchased and don’t regret it, but I also don’t expect my lunch to be freezing cold at the end of the day still.
