Strap should have never passed quality control

 I purchased the gray with the upgraded gray bag and black carrying strap. I didn't like the felt bag with the colored carrying strap. Plus, the reviews are bad for that one. The upgraded bag is made with a much more durable material, and the straps are strong

 I purchased cute, bear shaped rice molds, fun shaped sandwich cutters, and cute shaped fruit cutters. We have fun prepping our lunches the night before.  My coworkers have complemented mine and one said she is going to get herself one.

The product looks great, and I put max stars for listed features on the review. But you must know the other sides - my teenager can't open it. And close it then. Even for me, it takes time to open it for cleaning

Though the Mazforce has a seamless waterproof liner, we ran into the same issue as we did with the other waterproof options; the waterproof models with zippers were often prone to leaking at the zipper. The interior liner was a little difficult to wipe down because it has no shape and is not sewn to the exterior frame of the bag.

Bought for my middle school son, he had it for 2 weeks and the clip broke. Everything else about the item was great thus far, great size, easy to clean, kept food cold..

We ordered a different lunch box for my first grader a while back and even though it cost more than this one, it lasted only one week. I scrambled to find another lunch box thing for him and stumbled upon all the great reviews for the MazForce. I crossed my fingers and ordered one. BEST THING EVER! This has already surpassed the other bag, it's been lost, thrown around, abused and played with by a first grader and his baby brother (because they get into everything) and it is still in great shape

The biggest deal for me was to make sure that the zipper was quality as my kid can get frustrated if it catches on anything

 That, and the dimensions were not true to the website ad-copy. We can't trust the design to keep food and other items secure in that internal pocket.  Returning.

Nice Soft-Sided Lunchbox

 If you move your drink to the exterior netting area (as in Amazon pictures) you of course get more interior room for food. But then you need something to keep it cool inside (another frozen water?) I've used other insulated lunch packs like this and found the frozen water lasted longer in those, even though this has thicker insulation. I'm not unhappy with it but next time will look for something with a few more inches of space inside. I give it 4 of 5 stars since it does what it says it will do, I just need more room
