LG WM4200HWA vs Miele W1

I bought this washer to replace an older Samsung washer and have been using this washer for a few weeks now. I bought it based on the Consumer Reports results that I read before heading to Best Buy. I liked the looks of it and LG seemed to get the best reviews for repair history. My only complaint about it is that it makes a lot of noise when filling up the tub

If you think the sound is too annoying, getting the springs replaced with new springs should solve the problem, as they now, from what i have heard, put plastic on the springs so it shouldn't make this sound. Miele has definitely gone down in quality with their W1 models, their older machines were more robust and much better built. Nowadays i would recommend Siemens/Bosch over any Miele washing machine.
