Then February this month, the refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. Even if it is worldwide company, they are of course close on Sat-Sun which meant my food started rotting. I was lucky enough to have a small refrigerator in the garage which came to use. I called the 1-800 number and it gave me 5 - so called authorized local repair houses

That being said it keeps my food cold which is what it’s suppose to do. Just seems cheaply made.

The idea is to put most-used products in the front compartment, so in most cases you open only the external door, while the main big compartment remains closed, saving the cold. Good on theory, but on practice this feature probably requires more discipline and better memory than we have: we found that in most cases we open both doors, first one, then another, in order to find out where is what you need. Water filter. Our filter failed much sooner than expected, probably clogged, and we replaced it with the plastic insert LG provides for those who don't feel that municipal water needs any extra filtering

It may be time to push tem for a new refrigerator. And that 's my sad tale - for what it is worth. Bottom line - if you care about looks then this might be your jam. If you want reliability - I would look elsewhere (like Whirlpool had a bad experience with Samsung and when they delivered the loaner unit the guy told me that they were bringing a lot of GE's back)

We saw the floor model and the interior design of the fridge utilizes the shelf/drawer space much better plus there will be no more sitting on the floor!

WTF is that? Who cares? How about rating the features, dependability, design, etc? Displaying the "target" temp in the upper & lower levels (freezer) is an absolutely WORTHLESS feature. LG: Here's an idea: Have an app that will send you an alert if the temp starts to drastically change. This would be VERY helpful. Why would I want to monitor an app for my fridge that tells me what the temp SHOULD BE?

This refrigerator is sleek and modern looking and fits beautifully in my kitchen. The shelving holds a lot and is brightly lit with the led lighting. I especially like the meat and cheese drawer that goes the full width of the refrig. Lots of room

I do love the space and the way it helps me organize my groceries. Hopefully it will run beautifully for a long time to make up for the not so beautiful outside.

Lots of room especially considering it's a regular top freezer style. You can put 4 milk jugs in the door.

One repairman worked on it during two appointments over a period of two weeks and could not fix it. Another repairman replaced all the parts and could not fix it. He's coming out again, but who's got time to sit home during and 8-5 window every few days to let all these repairmen into their house? Huge waste of money and time.

This little guy is great!!! Plenty of room for everything. I am extremely happy with its performance.
