Nobody should expect to get away with selling defective products and then hiding behind a "GOTCHA" "non-returnability" policy of which there was no notice beforehand about it being applicable to this specific product. The packaging is done so well that it adds a elegance factor to the product. The Mona was in a black velvet cut out which made the toy look very modern and sleek. One end of the box had a hidden compartment which stored the charger for the Mona 2, sample lube, a very sleek looking silk bag for the MONA, instruction book and warranty/serial number for the product. My girlfriend was very excited to try out her new toy but after reading the manual we knew that we need to charge it fully first

This wand is not lightweight and nor plastic. The speed on this wand as fast as my other wand can do the job in a respectable amount of time. The flimsy knock off doesn't have the power. It's loud but, oh well
