 That'S probably been there for a couple of sessions, so it hasn't really gone too deep into the leather right there. You can see some more from like the kick flip and the hard flip type tricks. The stitching is kind of worn off there, but it hasn't pulled peeled all the way down. Yet you can see the wear along the toe bottom piece right there

 First of all, the the tongue isn't as poufy right here, and you can see it's a very much slimmed out silhouette here, which means it doesn't cover as much surface space on the shoe. So that means how's. That translate is there's some different features of the shoe that aren't as wide or prominent as the ones before some of them, not even non-existent, as you could tell right here, like this, open mesh portion isn't as wide as the old shoe was even like the toe Mesh portion isn't really as wide it's kind of narrowed around the toe cap. You could see that there over in the back there was a there, was a heel loop right here, kind of like in the tongue

 You know it was wide shoes, puffy tongues and just I mean very much big on the on the size of the shoe. Every company was pretty much responding. What the d3 was doing back then so anyways. Having said that, I do like the fit on these shoes

 I haven't noticed any slippage on these at all, probably be more on the right foot than anything but um. They are pretty grippy for your grip tape, so you won't slide across. It'S not like you know the og DC Williams, which I still like, but they kind of slide across I've, heard that complaint from a few people. So these shoes, I think the best part about them, are aesthetics

 So what we wanted to do is take take it from a real chunky. You know a fairly 2000s design production to something a little bit more modern to skate in current day. So you still get the more retro feel with the upper it's a little bit more slim down, but I think working with you on I'm finalizing a lot of those details. I think I worked out pretty good yeah and I've liked that soul for a while

 You know any, but I also think we've thought about the current skateboarding and what maybe kids nowadays that maybe don't remember that shoot like Steve seems like I remember it, but I was really little but yeah. Now this is something he'd be like. This could be something that I could literally wear it, so we kind of kept everything in mind, bringing this back. We wanted to have it, at least, for me, designing that's the way I kind of thought about it

 I was on the Griffin, you know, and it's just like, I think, a lot of the dudes on the team really like the way that soul feels yes get a good choice. That was a good call by suggesting me use that outsole, because I think the lines, the SOT the lines on the sidewall and the sculpting on the side will really flow and kind of mesh. With what the upper looks like, I think you say no go ahead. Go ahead no, but I think this shoes, a perfect mixture of back then and now, the guys, maybe the shop buyers and some of the some of the more veteran skateboarders would appreciate us bringing this back

 The leather is pretty good on the swooshes as well. Overall, pretty pleased with the quality of the shoe if you look at prices right now and keep in mind it hasn't released on the sneakers app in a lot of countries, but even so, the prices right now are pretty high, especially in the bigger sizes. The Gundam fan base is very much male dominated, which totally makes sense why the bigger male sizes are going for a lot higher than the female ones. The prices are overall not too bad for a hyped release, but I would probably wait till we see that worldwide release before copping a pair and paying resale
