 The most useless feature is the self cleaning Aqua Lift Self Clean which doesn't seem to clean at all. My last Kitchenaid range took a few hours to clean but when I opened the oven after the cycle, all I had to do was wipe. With this new range, I actually have to scrub. I'm even considering a traditional spray can oven cleaner! I've gone two steps forward in sleek and five steps backwards in efficiency

 On the positive side, the warming drawer is helpful but you can't put in anything too tall- and by tall, I mean a dish with a lot of food on it. The warming burner works really well and is a great feature. While I like this range and it looks beautiful, I would consider a different brand next time around. I'm sorry to be so critical, but customer reviews are important both to other consumers and the company

Mediocre Range

 Quick and simple! The quality this processor produces is incredible as well! I made egg salad with this and it was so smooth! I have a child with sensory issues and while they love egg salad, the texture is a BIG issue. I have never been able to make it so easily as I was able to with this! Needless to say, myself and my family are loving it! I also have to mention, you don't have to worry about storing parts for it either, they all fit inside for easy storage! KitchenAid always makes such great, quality products and this 13 cup food processor is no different!

Glass cooktops can be somewhat difficult to maintain. This is my 3rd glasstop stove. First, I recommend cleaning after every meal. While still a bit warm wipe down with water or a mild spray with no ammonia

Second issue: the baking drawer is too small and too open to the floor to be of any use. I have lost considerable storage space here.

I am fan of a KitchenAid products for a long time and this is my new toy I am glad to have. This blender has great capacity for our family - 13 cup is just right! This food processor is super easy to clean and store ( you simply set everything together and its not take so much of a space at your kitchen as you simply put all blades to a bowl and all you have is blender at the kitchen. Easily control your slices size, chop, knead, spread and mix. With this blender you will not have anymore hand-cuts but lots of joy being an own chef for your family! Thanks for a great quality and another great product KitchenAid!

  Unfortunately, this thing is a piece of junk. It has no power. It's really only good for chopping (and I have a 13c machine in the basement that does that.) Whenever I try to use the shredding disc, it stops working and I end up chopping my ingredient -- usually cheese

The food processor works very well but it definitely seems a lot noisier than our old model. The blades bang and rattle about on the spindle, which I don't recall happening so much with the old one. When using the pulse function the motor starts and stops with a very loud 'crashing' sound and causes the relays on my Computer's UPS to click in sympathy with the presses of the button

 Again, I don't remember that happening with the old one.  In some ways it is better and in some ways it is worse. More versatile, I guess especially with the different sized feed chutes but that makes an awful lot of washing up when you don't have a dish washer.

Very strong and has a lot of options but the fact that all the bowls are nested together means you have to wash them all after any use of any one of them.

 I mean that was obviously super, quick, fantastic, um yeah, so you can keep your fingers safe. Do not get the fingers in there. Obviously, you have to use this to push anything down because the blades are right there, so not right there. You really have to reach to get your fingers in, but i just wanted to say that, because, as you can see it chops very fast and the same thing with these blades like they are sharp

 So there's a big thing: the base is pretty heavy um and yeah. As you can see, the accessories take up quite a lot of space. I don't think you're going to be sad to have any of this, so it's totally worth it there's a big blade, uh this whisk and there's a spatula all these different um grating and slicing devices. So i don't think you're going to think that any of it is not necessary to have, but it does take a little bit space

 So i really wanted to keep the smallest bowl in my food processor small. This is 1.2 liters, it's fairly small! It'S like this, so that comes with its own blade uh. That only fits in the small one and i'm gon na give that a go
