  I love the tray at the bottom because it just sends all the drips right into the sink--no need to wipe off the counter or put a cloth mat down that you then have to hang somewhere to dry. Nope, this dish rack eliminates all that. Plus, it's super easy to clean. ^_^

It's HUGE!

 I decided not to return it because this kind of thing was bound to happen eventually and it didn't affect the functionality of the rack (it was just a chip off the underside of the insert and not visible once assembled). But it's a reminder that the sturdiest item is only as strong as its weakest component. Aside from that minor mishap, it's doing its job well and I'm happy with the purchase. Hopefully the overall lifetime of the product will justify the cost (it's not cheap!)

Good dish rack

 Jury's out as to lasting as it is a natural material-this is where plastic SHOULD be used. (I put beeswax on it.) The drainage still needs to improve-I put the extender piece beneath the overall drainage piece and water pools a bit in the corners still. The plastic is much lighter weight than the original and different type

Safest Choice for Large Dish Drying Rack

We go through racks around here! Lots of dishes to be done and pots/pans. The design seems to be one that will last - we are really hoping the underneath part (water guide) will not crack up thought that must be a challenge with all the soap, banging and temperature changes these products get - eh? I like how the wire is protected by a soft coating that is fused with the thick rack - good design.  The knife holder becomes more useful than constantly putting our knives in a drawer and is a safety feature (no pointy edges waiting). The hanging rack feature has its benefits too for delicates that just need to be hung away from the rest

The Premium Racks Professional Stainless has it all, and we put it to good use. The two-tiered setup is a breeze, with clear instructions and visuals to refer to when assembling. There was plenty of room for our set amount of dishes, our chef's knife dried nicely in the knife block, and our glasses and cutting board even had their own side drainage trays. If you are looking for a drip-free countertop experience while washing the dishes, Premium Racks is a nice choice, as it comes with two draining board types underneath and a microfiber mat for catching water to utilize as desired. The silverware caddy is large, holds a variety of utensils, and also easily detaches for cleaning when necessary. 
Due to the accessories, the Premium Racks can start growing "wings" and take up counter space, as it expands out to 21" with the side drainage systems in place. We find the drainage system attachments a bit cumbersome at times and feel they are less practical for smaller households where fewer dishes are done at a time, or if you don't mind, a quick wipe of the countertop to get a few water drops while the dishes are drying. However, if you have a bigger household, the size and add-ons of the Premium Racks might be a perfect fit.  

 There's two clip on plastic pieces onto which the upper tray fits in. They raise the tray a lot (too much), and limit where all the little add-ons (like the bonus water catcher, or the clip-on glass attachments) will fit. 8.  I tried folding it in half and it's too small. Either way, doesn't look good at all. 3. The cutting board and clip-on glass attachments actually hang outside of the drainboard's coverage (look at the photos)

Disappointed to say the least

 I don't have tons of space and lack a dishwasher. I also like that it's stainless steel. I use the utensil attachment and cutting board attachment. I may add the cup attachments if I run out of space

Let's start with the most important details: It looks like it could actually be 304 stainless (time will tell).  Honestly, the design of this thing isn't great. It takes up a lot of space when fully outfitted. Worse is that it's just kind of awkward fully outfitted

 Sink is next to the wall so rack had to be placed to the right. It was impossible to dry glasses because they a) hang over the drying board so water drips all over the counter and b) were on the back side of the rack in that arrangement. Not good. Placing large pans or pots in the rack was OK unless you had other things to dry; there just wasn't room for much else once the pasta pot or large fry pan was set in there

Packaging was great, extremely well wrapped and protected from damage, and the extra drying mat that is placed below the plastic dish drain completes the drying experience. My biggest problems with this rack (aside from price) were where to place the rack relative to the sink and cabinets above. The metal rack for plates is very handy but the space left underneath is paltry and practically, little fits under there. The rack giveth and taketh away

Good Concept, Reality was Another Story

.. Hand washing and drying microfiber materials prolongs the fabric. Machine wash or dry damages the fabric

 However, it was rather poorly designed. First it lacks some type of rubberized foot to prevent from any possible slipping or scratching of surface.  One of the drain tray I received was warped which made water collect on the corners. I had to bend so it wasn't warped but this will take number of attempts until the plastic is warped no more

Great Concept, Fairly Designed

Why did I want to buy this? Clean lines, separate knife area, capacity, cutting board drying area.  Reality? - Second level only useful for small items because wall cabinets limit space for full size or small dishes. - As pictured, utensil tray is difficult to get to because it’s behind the upper tray, it’s an inconvenient stretch and I’m a big guy. Technically, it is reversible according to the instructions

I am so bummed this rack didn’t work. To me, the point of a dish rack is to catch and drain water.  The pan, although has a lip, doesn’t drain because it isn’t sloped and water just sits.  The cutting board rack, knife holder and cup clips all sit outside the additional water catch tray and you end up with water all over your counter in those spots
