WTF is that? Who cares? How about rating the features, dependability, design, etc? Displaying the "target" temp in the upper & lower levels (freezer) is an absolutely WORTHLESS feature. LG: Here's an idea: Have an app that will send you an alert if the temp starts to drastically change. This would be VERY helpful. Why would I want to monitor an app for my fridge that tells me what the temp SHOULD BE?

The exterior design is OK. There are 2 plastic plugs on the outside of the door that are pretty unsightly - its a really cheesy design to cover the holes for swapping the handle. There are 2 crispers with adjustable humidity and a meat/deli drawer. They are nice to have, but pretty cheap quality plastic (although seems to me that is standard)

It may be time to push tem for a new refrigerator. And that 's my sad tale - for what it is worth. Bottom line - if you care about looks then this might be your jam. If you want reliability - I would look elsewhere (like Whirlpool had a bad experience with Samsung and when they delivered the loaner unit the guy told me that they were bringing a lot of GE's back)

The idea is to put most-used products in the front compartment, so in most cases you open only the external door, while the main big compartment remains closed, saving the cold. Good on theory, but on practice this feature probably requires more discipline and better memory than we have: we found that in most cases we open both doors, first one, then another, in order to find out where is what you need. Our filter failed much sooner than expected, probably clogged, and we replaced it with the plastic insert LG provides for those who don't feel that municipal water needs any extra filtering

The fridge is ENORMOUS inside, and a well-crafted stainless steel cube on the outside. LED lighting is trick, and it works great. Would recommend buying this fridge off Amazon anytime.

This is cool, even though it costs as much as a used car. The interior is spacious and works as advertised. Be advised, though - it is big. You'll need to take off the doors and remove the drawer to get it through most 36 inch doorways

I was skeptical to order a fridge on Amazon, but the delivery guys hailed off our old fridge and installed the new one. It works as expected, so far haven’t found any dings or scrapes, and this fridge has SO much room! I love that the shelves are adjustable and that the shelves on the door are adjustable. The freezer looked a bit small in the photos, but we measured it compared to a traditional top freezer refrigerator and it actually has the same amount of room. The drawers make a lot of sense for things like frozen chicken breasts in bags that we always had trouble finding room for

One repairman worked on it during two appointments over a period of two weeks and could not fix it. Another repairman replaced all the parts and could not fix it. He's coming out again, but who's got time to sit home during and 8-5 window every few days to let all these repairmen into their house? Huge waste of money and time.

Others reported that it was quiet ("like a purr"). I find it quite noisy. It chirps and rattles when it comes on, and seems quite loud while running. Otherwise it seems fine, except the cheap plastic drawers, which tend to catch on the humidity levers when you push them in

Called the service number. I have to say they really scrape the bottom of the barrel for their service technicians also. The guy changed out a part in the freezer even though I told him the noise was in the fridge. The fridge still did not cool
