KBDfans Tofu60 vs Logitech Folio Touch

Bought this case from Divinikey from KBDFans, perfect condition, literally ordered it and it arrived next morning, put my build together and it sounds amazing. However, the hinge mechanism is quite stiff and requires two hands to manipulate. Physically, I’m very impressed with the build quality. The cloth-like cover material, in addition to being very stylish, and despite apparent susceptibility to some scuffing, hides dirt and other marks well, and is much more durable than the silicone-whatever material the Apple keyboard uses, which wrinkles and flakes within months. The Keyboard The typing quality is also quite good, though the keys are just a wee bit too stiff for my typing style — I find I have to hit them heavier than is my wont, which slows me down somewhat

The tofu60 in e-white looks great, the keyboard is a little bit on the heavy side but it adds to the sturdiness of it.

I was unable to get through to Logitech, so I do not understand why this is the case. It is advertised as a new product, so I am stymied as to why the items have been defaced/altered, and I am concerned that I will not be able to have the warrantee honored if I have problems moving forward. Is this a refurbished or factory second? It is sold by the “Logitech Store” through Amazon, so it should be legit. I sent the second one back and bought the dark grey version hoping for an unused item
