I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

You might not even fully realize just how much you want a ski like this. For high-volume ski touring, steep-and-rowdy firm-snow ski mountaineering, and work-week, headlamp exercise skinning, a lightweight set-up based on the K2 WayBack 80 is just the ticket. The featherweight construction flies uphill. The narrow and stiff construction grabs on the steeps but gets bucked around in tougher snow. 
This is a specialized tool. You won't pick these for day-to-day backcountry skiing. Deep, perfect powder snow is enjoyable, but bigger guns will be even more fun. Any sort of poor snow &#40;breakable crust? Slop?&#41; is better handled by a bigger and heavier option. All small skis are under-equipped for tough snow, but the K2 does better than most. It is this ski's more forgiving tough-snow performance that edges it ahead of other close competitors.

Obviously I won't be taking these out for powder laps but for long/fast and/or late season missions this is a great choice at a great price. Match them with a race binding (I mounted a Plum 150), light boots and race skins and you'll have a setup you won&#39;t mind hiking with to find snow in mid summer.

I got these for late spring/summer use and couldn't be happier. They are very light but can still be skied hard. I have found they shine on steep icy slopes (skied bulletproof on Temple SW) and they handle those horrible summer sun cups just fine. Compared to the Waybacks 88s I find they are a bit less grabby in breakable crusts and easier to control on steep ice

Came here to say on3p Jeffrey 102 but it’s been mentioned before.  They are spendy but dialed durable and worth it.  I’m an original owner of 2011 Billygoats with over 500 days at snowbird still lots of life in them

my line vision 108s just broke after 3 weeks of use. i loved the feel of them. looking for a more durable freestyle ski that skis similar to them. any suggestions?

Get an equally heavy park ski like the ON3P Crushin' Cans. Or all mountain freestyle like the Jeffrey 102 / 110.

I mostly do groomed runs and park skiing. But do want to explore other portions of the mountain as I get better. Live on the Canadian west coast and mostly ski local mountains.

Also, what kind of boot flex rating should I aim for?

Ski recommendations for intermediate, heavy skier?

I agree ~105 give or take is the sweet spot for a daily driver out here. Another poster already mentioned the ON3P Woodsman 102 or 110, which I haven't skied but I hear are great. I used to ski ON3P Kartel 108s (now called the Jeffrey) and it's a good ski but more freestyle focused and almost demands a more centered stance. ON3Ps are super durable though and on the heavier side which is good for our heavier snow

I have been skiing for 3 years, and my ability level is somewhere around "Early Advanced" (8/13 according to [inside out skiing](https://www.insideoutskiing.com/level.html)). My current daily driver is a pair of 165cm Line Supernaturals 92s that I bought to start skiing in the northeast, but I have since moved to Washington and mostly ski Crystal Mountain, with occasional trips to other popular west-coast destinations for a total of about 30 days per season. I'm looking for a ski that can better handle PNW powder and charge through crud a bit better. My current setup seems to cause my legs to deflect in every direction while charging through crud, leaving me feeling less confident. I primarily ski off-piste / trees, but would appreciate a ski that can still handle the occasional groomer. I will not be doing any park skiing with these skis, and on days where conditions look a bit more like the ice coast, I will probably use my Line Supernaturals instead.

My current thoughts: I definitely want something wider and longer than my current ski. I am no longer a beginner, and I think I would benefit from something in the area of 175-180cm. And of course wider, because 92cm doesn't provide quite enough float on powder days. I think around 105mm is the sweet spot, but anything in the 100-110 range should be OK. I really like the style of j skis and on3p, and I think they should have something that fits the bill, but ultimately I'm open to any brand. Thanks again for your suggestions!
